Jake was the star of the show, excellent service and even got the music turned down when we found it too loud. Food was delicious. Jake made excellent drink suggestions and we were very happy with everything.

Ive been here a total of 3 times. The last 2 have been great disappointments. We ordered an appetizer and two burgers. We never got our appetizer and when our food was brought out we asked about it. They either forgot or another server grabbed ours. Said they would bring us another extremely fast. The fries were cold, asked for no red onion but still got it, and there was very minimal burger sauce on the burger. Half way through one of us found hair in our food. After finishing we still waited and finally got our appetizer. Absolutely insane. The time before this I ordered a pizza. The crust of the pizza took up half of the slices. I absolutely will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

My wife ordered a pizza with hot honey sauce and she got a plain pizza. The waiter apologized and asked if she wanted extra plus the normal amount for the inconvenience. She said yes, they then came back with sauce on the pizza as originally ordered and said if we want extra sauce its 3 bucks.... for some drizzled honey. Lol

Food is great, service could use improvement but my guess is that it's not their fault, seemed short staffed at the time. Everyone loved their food, we had fried Pickles and the BBQ nachos to start, both amazing, I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and it was very delicious! Menu selection is huge, something for everyone.

It's a great all around eatery so the whole fam can find something to eat. Our daughter is a very picky eater and she loves their cheeseburgers. We only eat out twice a month and this is usually one of the places we go.

This is my first time here, and I loved it! I had meatloaf, broccoli, mashed potatoes, onion strings, and cheesecake with berries! Everything was delicious, especially the meatloaf! The service was friendly and efficient, and I felt relaxed in the atmosphere.

Dealing with a bad leg from a drunk driver hitting me and decided to stop in to get food before work. Jonathan was excellent and very caring. He made sure my needs were attended to promptly and quickly. Great food and great staff. Will eat here again

We are always so pleased with the service, food, and atmosphere at Bricktown Brewery! Even though we live just down the street from the 71st location, we find ourselves traveling over to the Bricktown spot because of their awesome half-price appetizer deal!! it’s definitely worth it. We really wish the 71st location would jump on board with this promotion too, because it would not only draw in more customers but also benefit the servers. You’re not losing money with a deal like this you’re only gaining! Bricktown Brewery never disappoints. Highly recommend!

I don’t like to ever leave reviews, especially bad because everyone’s tastes are different. Yet this situation was a bit disturbing. I decided to take the wife and kids to Bricktown Brewery yesterday for a Thursday dinner. This place has been on our list to try for quite some time now. The food was fantastic and we all enjoyed it. However, the service not so much. I believe our waitress’s name was Ellie and not only did she seem like she didn’t want to be there, the smell of alcohol was permeating so strongly from her body and breath. It was hard to find anything appetizing when we were hit with the smell of alcohol and hot breath every time she came around to our table. It was so bad we could smell her from several feet away. It’s one thing if it was a dive bar, but knowing management is letting their wait staff drink on the clock when they are serving adults AND children is appalling. Due to the unprofessionalism and worrying about my kids smelling it, we will not be back. I was pleased to see the restaurant offers online ways of ordering so maybe we will do that instead because the food was very good. Please keep better track of staff, it’s impossible that no one else has smelled her and this is a family restaurant.

Fired my favorite bartender without rational cause and we will never go here again. Loved the staff but their corporate decisions are out of touch with reality.
