Hadn't tried them since the covid door dash days. No comparison between now and then. Seasoning was great on the chicken fry. Chicken was tender and moist with less seasoning than the chicken fry. Breakfast burger was also good with a wonderful hickory taste. Noticed they also have a Kolsch beer I need to try next time and I'm not driving.

Our waitress was polite and speedy with filling all our requests. Had the chipped and chopped bbq nachos which are always so flavorful. They do not disappoint. Creamy queso with bbq beef scattered across the nacho chips. Yum! Try them. We also had the fish and shrimp plate which was delicious as always. Our server kept our drinks filled and was attentive. Always a great meal here. Check them out.

Mashed potatoes came out literally refrigerator-cold, rubbery fries, beef patty tasteless, the only redeeming factor was the immovable window blinds facing the sun. Not recommended, better options within like 100ft.

I walked in to get a table for a brief informal business meeting, sat down and ordered a beer. The waiter informed me that the tap system was down, and would be for the remainder of the night. Well, it was too late to relocate the meeting, so I figured I'd just have a bottled or canned beer, no biggie.
At this point I'll remind the reader that this place has "Brewery" in its name.
First canned beer requested, no dice. Out of it. Maybe because the taps are down.
Second beer request...you guessed it. Out.
At this point the rest of the group had arrived, and I decided to stop playing "what beer don't you have" and just have a bourbon to sip on. I ordered a double Knob Creek, figuring that'd last the meeting.
When my drink arrived the waiter informed that - wait for it - there wasn't a double worth of KC left, so they poured Gentleman Jack instead. That's a bit like ordering a burger and having your waiter just guess at what you'd like and bringing you pasta instead. They were kind enough to only charge me the Knob Creek price, not that there should be any great difference in price between those two.
Last thing - the check arrived and my double bourbon was $17.50, before tip. That is very literally more expensive than it would have been at a Drillers game.
Are you kidding me? You had one job, man - "Brewery".
Our server Rhianna was by far the best server that I’ve had an experience with. She is fast, friendly, polite, respectful and clearly hard at work. I’ve never been here before and she definitely made it an amazing experience. She got our food out quick and everything was correct. We had a service dog with us and she was very respectful about it. She definitely deserves a management position in the future!!

I requested a rare breakfast burger. It came out over well done. Along with an overcooked egg. Asked for it to be redone again this time rare. It came out medium well. Apparently the cook on this day was afraid to cook a rare cheeseburger. The second time the bacon was not even fully cooked. It was like a rubber band. To top it off. I was still charged full price for 2 terrible burgers. I can understand why this place isn't packed during lunch on a Friday. Management isn't doing their job!!!!!!!
