Stopped by for the first time saturday day about noon and got a seat at the bar right away. The bartender I had helped me with the beer and food menu as I have never been in. She even let me sample a new watermelon beer. I was able to meet some of the bar regulars which had amazing things to say about the food, drinks, and bartender. Will definitely be making a visit again.
Service was a 10/10!

As for food I only had a cup of chili which had just the right amount of flavor. It would be perfect on a cold day.

I stopped by Bricktown Brewery last night and was blown away by the talented bartender behind the stick. She had an incredible knowledge of their craft beers and mixed up one of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while—balanced, creative, and served with genuine hospitality.

Her attention to detail was impressive, and she had that perfect mix of being engaging while keeping the bar running smoothly, even when it got busy. Watching her work was like seeing a true professional in action—efficient, personable, and clearly passionate about her craft.

Between her expert drink-making and the brewery’s great atmosphere, it was an awesome experience. Can’t wait to come back and sit at her bar again!

I had an incredible experience at Bricktown Brewery last night! The bartender was a true pro - she crafted my old fashioned perfectly and kept the drinks coming with great energy.

The star of the show was absolutely the meatloaf. Moist, flavorful, and packed with that homemade comfort food goodness. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the ideal creamy companion.

What really impressed me was how fast everything came out, especially for how busy they were. Between the killer food, spot-on drinks, and welcoming atmosphere, this place continues to be one of my favorites. Already planning my next visit!

Decided to try this place for dinner on a Friday night. Hubs got the meatloaf and said that it had great flavor. I got the chicken pot pie and was disappointed. We'll be back, but I wouldn't get that again.

Took family for Wednesday night 1/2 price pizzas. Had been before & pizza was great. This time not so much. My pizza came out with literally zero cheese & almost no sauce. Mentioned to waitress & she had manager come over. He was cordial but his solution was to take my pizza back & add cheese to it. Huh? How would you do that exactly? Remove toppings & add cheese & then put toppings back or put cheese over toppings?? Not a reasonable solution either way. Would have expected them just to remake it as you could see there was zero cheese or sauce. Other pizzas seemed fine but also chinsy with cheese as well. Maybe just a bad night for kitchen. Either way, manager should have offered a better solution.

I rarely leave reviews, but what happened at this restaurant demands to be shared—and demands accountability.

From the moment we were seated, our experience was marred by a server whose behavior was not just unprofessional, but disturbing. It was immediately apparent that something was off. This server repeatedly invaded my personal space throughout the meal. Not once, but multiple times, he touched me uninvited—on the shoulder, the back, even brushing my arm while speaking far too close to my face. It was deeply uncomfortable, inappropriate, and unacceptable. I could barely focus on my meal with his constant, obnoxious interruptions and bizarre attempts at humor or conversation.

The table next to us was visibly disturbed by him as well—exchanging glances, shrinking away, whispering to each other about how odd and intrusive his behavior was. It was not just me—it was everyone around us. What makes this worse is that management did absolutely nothing. They saw him behaving this way. They saw the reactions from customers. And they did nothing. No intervention. No apology. No effort to correct the situation or protect us from what was a deeply invasive, off-putting, and frankly disgusting dining experience.

Allowing someone like this to continue serving guests is more than negligence—it’s complicity. Management has sent a clear message: customer comfort, boundaries, and basic hygiene standards do not matter here. That is inexcusable.

To the management: Protect your customers. Start caring—or shut your doors.

First time at bricktown and I have to say it was the best burger and service I have had in a long time. I will definitely be going back. Best burger in Tulsa! The manager Jason even stopped by to check on us. The little things like that mean a lot to me also.

I was STARVED walking in here, craving some pizza. I was blown away by the service of my server, who was very attentive and helpful. His name started with a D, I can’t remember his full name at this time but he deserves some recognition. I was able to customize my meal, didn’t feel pressured as someone there by myself with a small order, and the food came out very quickly. Atmosphere was sort of awkwardly placed, but the food was worth it!!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!! Matt, our server was very nice, helpful, and quick. I had a tight schedule and we still had a great time. The food is exceptional! I had a club sandwich and onion rings which were phenomenal. Another server even got us more onions rings when one fell from the plate. Great establishment, highly recommended! The food options are all of the above, something for everyone.

My kids and I come here often. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always right. Typically, service is top notch but for whatever reason today it was horrid. Hence, a mediocre review there but solid ratings elsewhere. We came in at 1:36 pm and were seated right away in the booth / table area near the bar. The server Kimberly greeted us. I explained kindly we were in a bit of a hurry and desired to just order everything right away. We ordered an appetizer, cheese curds for my kids and a side salad for me followed by our food- two burgers and a cheese pizza. Shortly after she brought our drinks. We sat for a while and never saw her again, except visiting other tables in the same bar area and directly behind us. Sometime around 2:10 pm, we finally got our food, notably, while having sat the entire time with glasses of water and my kids sodas empty. Not a single refill. She brings out our food, and I kindly inform her our appetizer never came nor my salad and asked her for a refill. She leaves the empty glasses on the table, and doesn’t even say sorry but simply said I’ll go check. Next, she brings out my kids burgers and my side salad. Albeit, with bacon when I ordered it without bacon as I am a vegetarian and told her the when I ordered. She still doesn’t say she is sorry. She just grabbed the salad and left. About 3-5 minutes later she brings out my salad and informs us that our appetizer would be arriving shortly while finally refilling my water after having my food that entire time and nothing to drink. She left all the empty glassware on the table. About 10 min later she brings out the cheese curds and still leaves the empty drink ware now with empty burger baskets, a salad plate and so on on the table. We never see her again, until all food was eaten and drinks were empty again. She comes by and asks if we need anything and I inform her we’d like some more water and a refill for my kids, and asked her to bring me the check. She comes back with my son’s sodas but not a water refill and did leave the check on the table. No apologies, or any sort of sentiment that she cared. My check was for the full balance not even the appetizer or a simple soda discounted. Her tip was commensurate to her attitude and horrible service- 3.5% for showing up to work today, and nothing more. Typically, servers here enjoy no less than 20-25% from me. I worked in restaurants my entire high school and college years and waited tables during that time. I get bad days, and I understand things happen with the kitchen. I also understand it’s possible maybe another server took our food or whatever but she clearly couldn’t remember anything and didn’t know how to check on us timely so that she could have figured that out beforehand. We’ll be back at some point I’m sure but won’t be sitting with her.
