Awesome atmosphere. So many TVs to watch, makes it perfect for the fans who are invested in more games. The food was delicious, quick, and fresh. Only complaint is the price point. Wasn't super excited about 1 appetizer, one entrée, and two bloody merrys came out to almost $60. But I enjoyed the experience all the same.

My review isnt really gonna help on this one. The food was meh, not worth going back for. The room is Very uncomfortable and extremely loud. If you want good wings just go to wingstop so you can pick up and eat in the comfort of your home or car.

Service is terrible. This server Vic was rude, unprofessional. We sat here for 40 minutes before she came to the table. So we ordered our meal and appetizers. 20 min later no food or appetizers. I asked if we can get our appetizers and she got offfended because we wanted them before the meal. She then refused to bring our meal and appetizers out. We got our meal and not once did she or anyone else offer to refill our drinks, ask how the food was or anything. After eating we sat for another 35 minutes waiting for someone to bring us our receipt. Then I had to ask someone to allow us to pay so we can leave. Worst service ever. We took our daughter here for her 18th birthday and we didn’t even get to celebrate with her because the service was so terrible.

I love their honey barbecue boneless chicken wings. I was able to order enough to feed the whole family at an affordable price in today’s economy. 9 mouths to feed is not an easy task, especially with food this yummy and enough ranch to drown it all. We love ranch.

Smoking in a restaurant is ridiculous. Do you really need to smoke while you eat? Come on people. Super gross.

Empty restaurant yet I still have to wait at to go area for 10 minutes. Always a reoccurring problem & the same employee tucked away behind silver door.

Last visit, place was filthy and the wings were just awful. Paid way too much for such low standards. This was my sign to just make my own at home.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a simple family dinner. From the very moment we walked in, our waiter, Isaiah, treated us with nothing but attitude. He was rude, dismissive, and acted like serving us was some sort of burden. Instead of making us feel welcome, he made us feel like we were a problem just for being there.
What made this even worse was that he didn’t stop at just being rude to our faces, he actually started talking about us to his coworkers, and then they all joined in, staring at us and laughing while we were trying to eat. That is beyond unprofessional. It’s flat-out disgusting behavior. We came in to spend money and enjoy a family night out, not to be mocked and disrespected by the staff who are supposed to be providing service.
It’s sad that this was our very first time at Buffalo Wild Wings, and it will most likely be our last. We work hard, just like everyone else, and when we go out to eat, it’s to relax and enjoy ourselves not to be humiliated by the people being paid to do their jobs. The whole experience was embarrassing, disrespectful, and unacceptable on every level.
