Horrible Service , Dishonest and Management We had a terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything seemed fine at first, but our server barely attended to us. The worst part was the manager lying to us. Our group had 7 people, and we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes without getting our food. Meanwhile, smaller groups of 4 to 5 people who arrived after us got their food, ate, and even paid before we received anything. When we asked about the delay, the manager made excuses, claiming there was a "system mistake." But then, the host who seated us told us that our server didn’t put our order in until 8 minute before we complained after we had already been sitting there for 1 hour and 30 minutes! If there had been a real system error, the order would have been completely wrong for everybody. It’s messed up that they prioritize small groups over bigger ones. The manager clearly has poor leadership and isn’t running things well with the servers and hosts. It’s impossible for a server to come and tell us she saw in the system that our order was placed only 8 minute before* we complained—that’s straight-up lying. And the fact that we even gave this place another chance after months, only to deal with this nonsense again, is crazy!!!

Walked into bbq wild wing on 41st and Sheridan.
Was seated and a waitress brought us a chip tray with dips. We did not order. We assume because they were busy. We were never approached about drinks or about our order. The hostess had looked at us a few times. Waitress had walked around us a few times cleaning tables and tending customers. We watched the hostess seat 3 more sets of customers and watched as they were all served with drinks as we sat there. 20 mins we sat there so we walked out. Not once did they come by.

Host that had purple hair sat us down with a terrible attitude. Waited 8 mins and all the servers walked pasted us and not one greeted or said be with you shortly.

The wings were over cooked or possibly reheated they tasted like fish and made me sick and hour later. I like Bdubs but this particular one you should avoid.

First off none of the waitress would help me. one was very rude and walked away. Food took forever once I figured out how to order online. The lady at the to go register was very sweet tho.

I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on 41st and Sheridan tonight around 10:30 PM. Honestly, I probably should have turned around and saved my $37.57 after walking in.

The place didn’t appear busy from the outside or inside, but the service suggested otherwise. It seemed like there was just one young lady managing the bar area while others circled around, not really going the extra mile. None of them looked particularly happy to be there. I understand business isn’t great, prices are up, and everyone is feeling it—but the experience was disappointing.

My food was cold, and as I sat eating, the waitress passed by repeatedly without making me feel like much of a priority. When it came time to pay, the way she tossed my receipt and walked off so quickly felt dismissive. I was left mouthing, “Can I get a bag?” to her as she disappeared.

On my way out, I stopped at what appeared to be the takeout counter and asked for a bag. The staff member handed me one, opened it, and then immediately turned back to his conversation with another guy about his DoorDash experience.
No have a nice day ma'am? I'm someone's grandmother young man lol...sheesh. I woulda accepted a see ya later, bye, take care, get out?

It’s clear the service here isn’t what it should be. This visit left me unimpressed, and I won’t be coming back. A thumbs down on my Google map !

They should get another waitress. RUTH IS TERRIBLE , we order just 3 items, She forgot the onion rings and brought the ice cream with nothing, just plain. She don’t said sorry or something, they should improve the service.

I got the chicken sandwich for the first time and it was pretty good. The only issue is that I did an online order, my Parmesan garlic was missing so I was rawdogging a dry sandwich. My coworker had a Diet Pepsi with his and didn’t get that either. Why is it everytime I do an online order from this place I never get everything I ordered. Two stars do better.
