The manager Ryan jaynes was extremely unprofessional, yelled at my server for something very unnecessary and raised his voice at me! ( a customer) he needs to be fired. My server was great but management has some nerve.

The food was really good. Ordered the cheese steak and bacon cheese fries to share with my wife and we enjoyed it. The person seating us didn't even lesiren to half of what we said. Some of us request specic seat due to hearing, sight, or other related issues, it makes for a bad experience. We requested a window booth, not in a corner, and we were seated next one over from a window by the mountain drink and ice machine when there were many booths still open. We do like going to BWW, but rarely do because of the lack of attentiveness.

We got seated and we noticed a sour smell. We were seated for almost 10 minutes and there were atleast 8 employees standing around talking to each other. And the lady that sat us had something on her hands and it was unsettling. Bad service, and not a good environment to eat in.

Call several times to make an order and the phone kelp hanging up and when it didn't hang up it just kept ringing and nobody answered. Had to make online order instead. When I got there that was only six cars in the parking lot so they wasn't busy . French fries were stale Wings overcooked

got wedges to go. been adding queso to the order for a long time it comes on the side as queso would make them gross if it sat on top. I let them know thay for them not to care. im to tired today to try so I just paid for more. but who let's me pay for more wedges when queso should be on the side for to go orders. hell I thought it was because it always is thay way. edit. to top it off there soggy. took 20 minutes to get soggy wedges.

It's discouraging to see the waitress carrying her infant in and out of the kitchen. That is unsanitary and unprofessional
Have been to this location numerous times. Food is good but service is so dynamic. I’ve been served by Jordan, Abbi, and Ty of which all did amazing but then come in sometimes and get service from others and it is a completely different experience.

This location takes thier sweet time . The waitresses walk off and forget about you . Had to hunt down my waitress to get a refill of water when I ordered hot wings . Asked for the ticket set the cash down waited 10 mins never came back had to go to the counter where they all sit and bs instead of work . Then give you dirty looks when you don’t leave a tip .

Soda - taste so flat it’s not even worth getting .
If you wanna spend $40-60 for two people and get some of the worst service you have had this is your place .
Keep in mind there was 5 booths with people in it in the whole restaurant so ..
