I'm a regular doordash customer of this location. 3 out of the last 5 times I've ordered from them via Doordash, their driver have forgotten my shake. They don't pay attention to the Dashers or the orders the Dasher is taking to make sure shakes and other drinks aren't forgotten. I can't even get a refund from Doordash because this has happened 3 times in the last 4 months and their stupid AI algorithm has flagged me because of it.
Do better, or stop doing DoorDash, BK, because you're clearly not equipped enough in the store to keep up with who's taking the door dash orders and delivering them without drinks.
Food's alright, but customer service through y'all's doordash is BS. Y'all owe me at least 3 shakes over this crap. And to think the Dasher tip is freakin' mandatory...YOU DON'T DESERVE A TIP IF YOU FORGET MY FOOD.

I know recently management and people have changed here but when I get a Whopper Junior in the morning or I got to melt yesterday during lunch they are microwaved so hot that is disgusting my bottom bun this morning on my hamburger is like 120° and the top bun is not hot and it's hard as a rock. I like Burger King and I don't want to see you go away but you've got to get your quality back up I'm going to check you guys out and try to talk to a manager to fix this because this used to not be a thing and you've lost a lot of Stars For This
All around a good lunch. Great service Breakfast place for me often. Whopper Jr, or reg Breakfast. Always good for me. Staff is super nice.
