Went 1 month ago around 11pm after a long flight they said they was out of meat then went back tonight just because we were hungry well never go back the one on the head set was very rude fries cold asked for no ketchup on my burger but it was on it burger was cold and only thing that I would say the younger lady that gave us our drinks was a very kind lady you can tell it wasn't the one that took our order because that lady that took the order all she said was just order when placing the order she kept saying is that all and you can bet will never go back to this one

Pulled up to the drive through and person on the speaker was very rude. I tried to order a combo after only ordering the sandwich she immediately told me to pull up and after I wanted fries and a drink she just made a big sigh and kept saying “what else” Once I got to the window she told me my total and after giving her my card she just slammed the window. Once she went to give me my food she handed me the bag and without saying anything she slams the window again. I’m sorry for being hungry after a long days work.

I ordered a bk king and cheesy tots. This place is very very slow. Once my burger was done that's when they sat it on the counter and then dropped my tots. So my burger just sat there waiting like me. When I say slow I mean sloooooowwwwww. The counter woman were awesome and very polite. All I would say is drop the tots when u know the burger is about to be made. The dude filling up the bags was just staring at the screens like he had no clue. Place didn't seem busy for the wait it took

I guess they do honor the promise to give you the Royal experience. Back in the medieval times the people working at the palace were miserable and castles were dirty in the kitchen and bathrooms. Well this BK offers just that! The pictures speak for themselves. How sad that people no longer value hygiene and cleanliness. This BK was dirty all over and every corner you can find.

Walked up. Ordered a burger. Burger never came. The worker looked me right in the face and said, I guess someone picked it up. You will lose IQ points standing in this store.
That tracies lady was the rudest person I have ever met if you don't like your job maybe you should quit! Don't take that on the customers something needs to be done about her because this is the second time I have been there and she was rude!

24 minutes for 2 whopper jrs at 8:00 at night…. And still waiting! Finally got it 26 minutes after ordering, made a comment about how that wait was ridiculous, Tony, as he yelled his name got worse with me about it, I said nothing else and left
