I ordered through drive-thru today for my children and I on my way to work. The food was COLD! I didn’t have time to take it back because I was driving out the lot on my way to work and didn’t want to be late. This is very disappointing because I had to tell my kids to reheat their food in the microwave. This could get people sick!

Great place to eat!!!! the older gentleman with glasses that worked late at around 10:50ish was very sweet! He had to handle a very aggressive customer a few cars in front of me who was causing problems late at night over a order shame on the customer! The older men running the entire food place need a damn raise with handling this fussy person creating problems. The older gentleman apologized and told me had gotten out of the hospital and left with everything after the employee who took my order straight left them the two of them there. Tipped him and told him to have a nice night!

The SLOWEST service here. It does not matter the day or time (morning, afternoon, night) it takes forever to get your food here. I don't know if they are understaffed or just have the slowest employees in the world but it is ridiculous. It has been this way for at least 3 years. I do not recommend going to this one unless you have 30-60 minutes minimum to wait to get through the drive thru!
