To the amazing staff member who worked the drive thru tonight and made 2 pup cups out of icecream and a slice of bacon, thank you and i truly hope you have an amazing day. she was beyond sweet, respectful and made sure we had a great experience. my boyfriend made a comment about how he only comes to this location because of how the staff appreciate the customers and the foods always fresh. burger king corporate staff i hope you see this & give this lady a raise or something because she definitely deserves something for her great work!

I ordered through drive-thru today for my children and I on my way to work. The food was COLD! I didn’t have time to take it back because I was driving out the lot on my way to work and didn’t want to be late. This is very disappointing because I had to tell my kids to reheat their food in the microwave. This could get people sick!
