Disgusting! I called and spoke with deral (I think his name was) the manager TODAY AUGUST 2 2025 and the general manager about forgetting my double bacon cheeseburger and they was rude! They remade it but it was worse than the first time! And it was a double cheeseburger not a bacon double cheeseburger! I honestly think they spit in my food! It was slimy and disgusting. 🤢 don’t eat here!

This one is on 71st & Riverside Dr. was awful. The buns were stale, meat was luke warm and did not taste flame grill but rather nuked, tomatoes mushy, onions were old and the fries were cold. The manager on duty was rude. We will never go back to that location...close that one down it's nasty!!

I went through the drive thru a little before noon. The service was FAST and my food was exactly as ordered. What really caught my attention was the drive thru attendant. She was so friendly and made me feel she was personally happy to see me and make sure I had a great experience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could publicly let everyone know how fantastic she is.

I ordered a burger with no bun and you literally put it in a fry bag... melted cheese everywhere... normally it comes in some sort of container so I can actually cut it or something but this was just beyond ridiculous..
