Extremely rude and lazy employees. If you like slow service and rude employees, this is the place to eat. I can't rate the food because I asked for my money back.

Echoing Tear

hours posted on door say open until 11pm but my girlfriend and I went up there around 5pm today walked in the heat for a city block because I was craving BK get there only to find out that all the doors were locked. there were people inside and a small child running around inside the store. If you are going to close the lobby early then at least put signage up to clarify that or change your open hours. at least 4 other people also came up wanting to go in and couldn't.

Wrong food given even though the board showed correctly, recieved food I didn't ask for(I said chicken fries and recieved old cold nuggets)..I remember now why I stopped eating from this place.

The food that I ordered was completely different than the food I received. I stood in line for about five minutes before anyone greeted me. When I asked for a Coke from the back because their fountain machine out front was out, they argued with me and told me there was no way it was out since they just replaced it. I went back over and got rust water looking stuff out of the machine as my Coke. Ultimately, I settled for water, and ate the food that was given to me that I didn’t order just for the sake of arguing. Did I mention that this food was also cold? If not, the food was cold, and the sausage patty was almost frozen in the middle. As I’m sitting there, eating my incorrect order with partially frozen food, they had four homeless people sleeping on benches inside the diner. I will not be returning here, as I hope this place is shut down because it is a nightmare and a health hazard. Really disappointing, considering I love Burger King.

Terrible management. I watched an employee tall black girl with long hair working on baging fries pull out her phone and play on it without any gloves and go back to touching the fries. Unsanitary and gross.

Call in order. Still had to wait for it to be cooked and it was cold before leaving the parking lot! It's not cooked in site and not even warmed up in a microwave!
