I just dined at this location and I literally had the WORST experience of my life. The manager Lilian was disrespectful and RUDE. I purchased 4 whoppers and 3 fries for two people and dined in. I filled out the bk experience free whopper and the manager refused to validate the offer stating she had no ability to comp the item. Then she tried to kick out a transient I purchased food for and was Disrespectful. The tableside manner was UNACCEPTABLE and UNCALLED for. The only person worth anything was Skye who was atrentive and one of the few people consistently/efficiently working and the lady who cleaned every table and mopped the floor only for Lilian to be rude to her when she entered the kitchen. Lilian should work with clothes in a warehouse or animals if she is unable to provide proper customer service to paying patrons.

40 minutes for an online order. Please fix the online system. The poor employees were overwhelmed and between the app and receipts it was a confusing and irritating time. Props to the employees for helping me
