Order mozzarella fry and over heard manager say 8 piece is better than none. After receiving it and went back to ask why8 and not 12, was meet with sorry and yelling at cook for mistake. Wow how low can burger king go now.

I accidentally misunderstood the commercial and tried to order something from Wendy's. I apologized politely and tried to order something else. They kept switching people to order from in the drive thru. Each being more rude than the last. I was still being polite but got fed up and left. It's recorded on my dashcam. My dashcam records both audio and video. Sometimes people make mistakes and I did. Being human and fallible is no reason to be hateful.

Went in for dinner today, and I ordered a the new sourdough melt, well when it came out it was the size of a kids cheeseburger forb$10+ I said I would like to change this for a full size sandwich. The lady at the register seemed like I was bothering her plus after she talked to the manager he finally came out of the office and walked by me after looking at me and didn't acknowledge me. So I asked her to get him again, finally he spoke to me with no care in the world and that I was bothering him.
Definitely don't recommend this restaurant for anyone.

They put a number lock on the bathrooms. You have to get a code after ordering and I just wanted to wash my hands to take my insulin before I ate.
Can only imagine the utter bull the owner implements on everything else like a dictator on the employees.
The employees themselves were fine and the food was average but man. If your putting locks on bathrooms to keep homeless people from using the bathroom... Man. I hope they get a new owner. Cuz they ant right in the head.

mcdonalds has 2 dbl chbrgrs 4 $3.39...vs 2 whopper jrs 4 $5...ive always liked BK...but it was really bad...more bread than meat...no flavor

Worked here for month and walked out mid shift because the manager Kathy was AWFUL. I told them upon hiring I was hard of hearing and would have a hard time on drive through. Night manager kept putting me on drive through and then getting mad when I could barely hear people. After that they couldn't decide what they wanted me to do, they'd tell me one thing and then get onto me for it and say I was supposed to do something else. This happened like 4 times in the matter on an hour before The manager tried to write me up for telling her to decide what she wanted me to do. Worst job I've ever had in my life would not ever recommend working here for night shift.
Never saw anything unsanitary, it was all very clean and dayshift was nice

The food is always hot and fresh. The lettuce is fresh. The chicken is hot and fresh and tastes very good. Customer service is top-notch. Everyone is always very polite. That is rare in this day and age. I didn’t even like Burger King before I started going to this one. They are in between two of my clients on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays so I usually go there twice a week now and one of my clients doesn’t even eat chicken but he’ll eat their chicken nuggets and he says why do they have to make them taste so good?!! If I could give them 20 stars, I would!!
