Ordered food at the drive thru and when I got home I discovered that the burgers were made terribly and we were missing food as well. I could understand it if it were busy, but we were one of only 3 cars there.

We don't have a burger king in the current town I live in so a visit to burger king is kinda nice. I hadn't been in a few years. The flavor is still pretty good. The whopper hasn't changed in flavor and the chicken sandwich is still delicious. The crew at this location was understaffed and the manager was doing her best to keep it running smoothly. She did a great job. I actually heard another customer who apparently comes to this location frequently to pick up lunches for his staff and needed help carrying the food to his car, I overheard him tell the employee that his visit that day was the best experience he'd ever had there. He said he usually had some sort of issue in the past. He made the lady very happy to get the feedback.

I wasn't going to make the breakfast deadline. We called and asked if they could make a specific breakfast for me and I would be there in 8 min. They were so sweet and got me my favorite breakfast. It curved my hangry mood. I am so thankful.
