The lady working the drive thru has the worst attitude! They got a simple breakfast sandwich wrong 3 times. The kitchen staff seemed to be annoyed with rude drive thru lady, I would be too if I had to work with her. There was one guy who was friendly.

This location used to have very happy employees. They were the most chipper, they actually made you feel like a welcomed customer. Now the lady they have makes you feel uncomfortable and clearly hates her job.

Food was not good. It was served quickly. Burger had to much sauce and was tasteless and greasy. Jalapeno poppers were recooked to make them hot.

I haven’t eaten at Burger King in a few years, I had a coupon so why not. The coupon only worked if you ordered it on the app. No problem.

I ordered in the parking lot & drove up to the window to get my food, but there was none.

You see, the app (GPS enabled) linked up to a BK that was 11 miles away. Oops!

The manager of the BK I was at could have stepped up & comped me a Whopper Jr & lg fry. But instead she absolutely refused to do anything at all.

She said to me that BK does not run the BK app. They have nothing to do with the app or the other store. That seems strange, but it is not the fist company I’ve had this problem with; Sonic & Taco Bueno have done it with Bueno wanting us to go to another state to pick up our food.

Be careful to check the location before you order.

Also, the BK I drove across town to get my food wanted to charge me 27¢ to get barbecue sauce instead of the fry sauce they put in the bag. Really.

So, I am deleting the BK app & never eating there again.

PS. When I finally got my food, it was really good & fresh

Love your food but the air conditioning wasn't working real well and your employees are hot while working. Also please fix your parking lot..its sucks.
