I went through the drive-through and got a crabby patty meal or a SpongeBob meal or whatever that is so I go and I taste it cause I wanted to taste it and I’ve been into the tater tots and they was not Hot so I called at first I was just calling to tell the lady hey the food wasn’t good you know and stuff and she was super rude because she thought I had the wrong. I am Burger King which I get that I understand that so then I proceed the teller and she tells me that I can bring the food up there and she’ll remake my food and I was like no the tater and she tried to tell me that the tater tots were hot out of the grease but when I got back up there and I told her to fill the tater tots, she didn’t want to feel the tater tots miss LT the manager what’s crazy to me is the cook came back from the grill and literally said she treats us like crap and she always does this to the customers as well and I’m like is that how you want your facility be to be ran by a lady that doesn’t even care about her employees like that’s what’s sad to me. I just don’t think it’s right that people get treated like that and it’s very wrong. I will never put this guy this Burger King again

I ordered two Whoppers without cheese today November 25,2025. Very disappointed with what I found when I returned home. There was just a patty,no mayonnaise,no tomato,no lettuce, just the patty that totalled $11.70. The location is in Catoosa, Oklahoma on Admiral and 165th E.Ave. I'm not Jed Clampet but I'm a drop in the bucket that helps fill your bucket, Today B.K. lost a 60 year customer along with my family and I have posted the issue on social media for all to see. I don't want my money back or a replacement order, I'm truly finished with B.K. even if this is only an issue of incompetent employees.

Unbelievable do you order something with no cheese and they put cheese on it even if you ask him oh no we didn't put cheese on it and you get home and it's got cheese on it unbelievable

i ate a spicy chicken sandwich from this burger king today at around noon. by 3, I was feeling weird. and by 5 I was throwing up and had terrible diarrhea. full-on food poisoning. it's past 9pm now and i'm STILL dealing with it. I hope the management sees this and makes the necessary changes so this doesn't keep happening. it's so important to store and cook chicken properly, someone clearly wasn't keeping up with the bare minimum for the quality control.

The lady who took our order was mad she didn’t even listen to my order, I paid more then what they give me they give me the wrong order didn’t even ask if I want ketchup or any sauce and also didn’t even put napkins really really bad service
