Automatically charging for things not ordered. Its like the person taking the order gets to decide what you are getting and being charged. This has been going on for a very, very long time. The voicemail box is full and they won't answer. This is false advertising and you should be held accountable seeing as this is still a problem after over a year. I shouldn't have to give my food back when I get my receipt and have them rifle through and fix it.

We come through here a lot. The food is always top tier. A lot of times, customer service seems to have dwindled like everywhere else. The newer generations don't grasp customer service. However, we were served by Allison tonight and she was a wonderful reminder that it still exists. She was diligent, kind and happy to help. Thank you, Allison.

Guadalupe and Sky are two of the best employees that I've ever seen work at Burger Street location especially with just two people they were awesome together and do an awesome job and serve awesome food. They make it even more wonderful to enjoy the atmosphere and the food. I look forward to seeing them again and hopefully they get a raise which is well deserved. The two of them make me want to eat here every day they work. Thank you both so much for being wonderful at your job I'm making wonderful food and doing an even better job with the stress of how busy you guys get you don't show it you work together well and you deserve the most that you can get out of life thank you so much

We always get good food and service here no complaints, iv changed my Review there food has gone down hill the last few times we have been here it been absolutely disgusting.
Food tasted okay but it was wrong and they left a whole patty off one of the burgers. I already find Burger Street expensive, but for how much you pay for a meal it should at least be right

not gonna lie, whoever was cooking at 2:17pm on 7/23/25 needs a raise. My food has never been so fresh😭 this definitely big back energy but respect cause the other location is hit and miss. I appreciate yall. Money well spent.

Food was not what I expected. The beef was not fresh ground and remind me of the premade cheap patties from Walmart. I order cheese tots and I added pictures here and we received no cheese. The tots were awful and had no flavor. my husband asked for a straw and the lady said it was in the bag, but the bag was stapled shut. once we got down the road I tore the bag open and cut my thumb open by the staples. Everything went down hill from there with the food. complete disaster. I don’t usually write reviews, but we spent $28.78 and couldn’t eat or drink the meal. We won’t be back.
