Went on Sunday at 430. Fries were fresh and hot. Burger was good. Only issue was bun was warm. Took less than 10 mins to get the order

I'm giving this place a one star because there was a situation at this location that made me never go back. I usually go here all the time for a juicy burger or a large tea on a particular day, My wife wanted a tea so I placed an order online drove up and proceeded through drive through Since I was only waiting for drinks and there were about three cars Ahead of me i decided to just back up and go inside and pick up my drinks when I got inside,What I saw was unforgivable, there were 3 metal containers sitting on the counter. Open and not covered with a black substance in them. I didn't think much of it. There was also a little chili bowl floating in one of them. I approached the counter, told the guy that I just ordered the 3 large teas but figured, I'd just come in. And get them, he looked at me with a blank expression as if he was worried about something, he then turned and started speaking to the other man very softly. I stood at the counter, waiting on my tea he then came up to the 3 containers with a cup and attempted to scoop it out of the containers into my cup. I quickly stopped him and demanded a refund I can only imagine how many people they served tea out of that open container, anyone could cough, sneeze, anything, and it would be in that drink not to mention.He's using a chili bowl as a ladle to dip it out.And pour it into people's cups.I have never eaten there since my only regret is that I didn't post this review. The food is good if you can get. They lock the door and won't let people in the lobby, don't answer the phone and are rude and slow in the drive thru. Just a horrible service experience.

I didn't know Burger Street prices went up, also I never knew a burger street that didn't answer their phone. When I went in and asked about placing a order because I work next door the worker in the lobby did not speak english, and the cook said they do not do call in orders or answer the phone. This is a location I would be very disappointed in if I door dashed. As there is no way to modify things on the app for this store.

Went through the drive-through. Waited 10 minutes with one car in front of me. When it was my turn to order, the guy was in such a rush he wouldn’t let me quit talking in order to order my meal. He kept cutting me off to ask me a question that I would have answered if he let me talk. When going to a restaurant I don’t need an employee to order my food for me. I would like to order it myself without being rushed when I’ve already waited 10 minutes to even get my order taken. Burger Street used to be one of the best places to eat in town. It seems like the business and the professionalism has gone downhill so much that it’s not even pleasant. I’m disappointed.

This is my wife's favorite place to grab a burger we stopped by after church and grab a burger meal ate lunch with my girl in our car highly recommended!!!!
Today 10/6/25 I order the chili cheese dog meal with a drink and a side of cheese. Needless to say i waited 12 or more minutes for my food. I get to my job to dive im and I discovered a luke warm pink hotdog with old chili covered in mustard that i didn't ask for and purple onions. My curly fries were hot and fresh. My sweet tea was just okay a little too sweet. Oh yea and they don't answer the phone when you call. I'm not sure what happen to this location but it's a no go for me.
