Just had the shrimp boil at Mother Road Market and it's the best! Generous serving of shrimp with sausage, corn and potatoes cooked to melt in your mouth perfection with the perfect amount of that tingly cajun spice. Wonderful food cooked with love by wonderful folks.
If you haven’t eaten with Cajun Boil, it’s a must you do. I haven’t had one bad thing from this food truck. Every time they’re at an event I make sure I stop to get something.
