My company had Capriotti's catered in for lunch for 75 people. The sandwiches were incredible. Roast beef ( what I had )turkey, Italian, ham. All were excellent. Came with chips & a cookie. They had to have been prepared much earlier and somehow the bread wasn't soggy at all. Very good experience.

Amazing staff, franchise owner was there too and he was super friendly! Sandwiches were fantastic.
Wanted to give it a try. It’s tiny and I won’t be back. Took two bites of the half sandwich and I’m done.

I have been searching for a French Dip sandwich that could compare to the Back Porch restaurant in Lawton. I have to say I found it here!! It was so good and done right! I also got a salad to eat later. My favorite salads have been from Main Street Cafe in B.A. and Fish Daddy's. This salad was really good! The spicy ranch stays in your taste buds!! Highly recommend both!

LAST UPDATE:
The owner was super kind, went out of their way and remade our entire meal. The staff that was working on Monday was exceptional. The sandwich was amazing. The customer service was above and beyond. I look forward to seeing more of them in the future.
I spoke with the owner and we had a really good conversation. I will definitely give them a try again. I understand that we are all human and make mistakes. It was a pleasure speaking with the owner and I look forward to coming in soon and giving them another try. I will update the stars on the food then.
Online Ordering Is what I used. I used their app. They send me a message that my order is ready so I go in. I ordered online in the app because I’m sick and so are my kids who are with me. I don’t want to bring in sick kids inside. So I park on the side and the door is not working. Okay fine, I will use the other door.
I look in the location where the orders are picked up and my order is not there. I come up and ask the male who’s working about my order and he looks at me like I have spoke a different language. Mind you he’s caucasian and I’m speaking fluent English. After 3 attempts he finally realizes who I am. This is statement:
It was due 4 minutes ago. We haven’t started it yet.
I then proceeded to ask how long it would take for the order to be completed. Again, I will have to go out in my car because of my situation. I would love to know when to head back in considering the app won’t let me know because it’s already informed me it’s ready.
All I was looking for was an estimate. 10 min, 20 min. This individual was refusing to say anything and was just looking at me. Not even attempting to get my order started. Just straight looking at me. The female who was working realized what was happening and came over and SHE finally answered my question.
After all this, I didn’t want that order. I wanted my money back. Tell me why the app has NO way of requesting that!? I ask them and they again look at me like I am speaking a foreign language and all of a sudden my order is about to be ready. They call someone and then tell me that they need my phone number and eventually someone will reach out to me. Excuse me…. No. That’s my hard earned money and now you’re making it impossible to get back after you strung me along.
I have heard nightmare stories of this location and I have no clue why I still decide to go. It was the sickness I think. But never again. I would add a picture but I don’t have any food to show for my money.
Don’t use the app and don’t go to this location! So many better options than this mess of a place.

We drove an hour and a half to eat and they stopped taking in person orders after we ordered. We waited an hour for 2 sandwiches. Prioritizing online orders that die on the rack over in person orders is insanity.

The girls at the Tulsa Hills location helped me out at closing time even though my online order wasn’t showing on their end. Very polite and helped me without question! Will certainly be back. Next time earlier than right before closing time. I appreciate them!

Capriotti’s is hands down the best sandwich shop in Tulsa! I got the Philly cheesesteak with hot peppers, and it was absolutely amazing. The sandwich came out hot and fresh, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked ingredients. You can tell they care about quality here.
The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The whole experience was excellent — great food, great service, and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I honestly refuse to go to any other sandwich place because Capriotti’s just can’t be beat!

I just ordered the most delicious cheesesteak sub from a place called Capriotti's in Tulsa OK. I am from PA ( with places like Pat's in Philly ) and i gotta tell you - Capriottis is one of the best subs i have had in quite a while-
