Ordered a Turkey and Capastrami with were very good. There was a tendon in the turkey one that was hard and my wife nearly choked but they made the right amends and made another sandwich on the house. The staff are very nice and the location is clean.

Love that I can get a Philly in Tulsa but the employees lack enthusiasm and can't get an order right. They were 10 minutes from closing and verbally expressing their discontent with people just showing up. If you don't want to be in business... Dont.

Husband and I stopped in and bought two small sandwiches. His was the wagyu cheesesteak and mine was the BLT cheesesteak. 1000/10 best sandwiches we’ve ever had. We will definitely stop in when we’re in Tulsa again!

Anytime there are young people working, they refuse to acknowledge you or greet you and keep their head down. Sat and waited for 3-5 minutes at the counter before one of the cooks finally came over
First time. We had a turkey and French dip sandwich, chicken soup, chips and drinks. Place seemed unorganized when we came in. They hand out a handful of sandwiches to people with no bag or tray. No one ever came out and cleaned the tables. It was loud and echoes in the building. Our sandwiches were good. Apparently white bread is your only choice, as is the vinegar oil spice dressing which is not noted on the menu but was present on the turkey sandwich. The French dip was cooked instead of raw beef, which was nice, and the au jus was flavorful. The chicken soup was yhe typical store bought soup with carrots in it everyone seems to serve; it was warm. Overall, for our first visit, we would call this place average; we may or may not be back.

Im a Huge Cheesesteak fan and A friend told me about Capriottis. I was NOT disappointed. The food was delicious, I had the wagyu cheesesteak and it was incredible, bread was soft, steak was so tender, peppers were perfect balance between sweet and spicy. 10 out of 10, also the lady who helped us her name was Alexis and she was AWESOME. informative, hospitable, delightful to talk to and provided the feeling you want to have when you go Out to eat.. made us feel warm and welcome.. 10/10 Wonderful experience
