We wanted this experience to be so nice as it was our first time dining here (especially after a chance meeting with the previous owner regarding what they offered). Beautiful decor and ambiance; plus the staff was attentive and nice. The main issue was the main reason we came...the food. My buddy and I came for the tomahawk steak; this was done medium, however it was not the best steak we've ever had. Somewhat rubbery with very little taste, definitely not memorable as we hoped. Our wives dishes had poor risotto and the scallops were cold and rubbery. I hope this place gets the kitchen in-line, if they do then the cigar room and setting will make for one of the best places in Tulsa.

Good menu and nice staff. Quiet atmosphere. Great place to check out for a date night.

Great wine list and captains list - good atmosphere, excellent tomahawk steak (enough for 4!(- service was exceptional. Definitely an interesting concept and worth the drive if you don't live nearby. We are not members but the main difference is times you can go (not lunch) and members get a discount on food and wine!

Awful! Completely overrated! Do not waste your money here!!! Ambience: Upstairs was nothing shy of a dark cafeteria feeling. Bare, uncomfortable cheap chairs and cheap flimsy tables. Where ever you sit, you will feel like you are in the hallway! Hoodies and tennis shoes were the attire. Nothing high end about it at all! Food: Ugh! We ordered filets and when it came out my husband and I just looked at each other. I asked the waiter, "How many ounces is this steak?" Waiters reply, "Oh, I don't know." (?) (Both looked like about 4 oz each tops!) There are no side options either. You get what you get. The side was some mix of rice/cauliflower/and cheese. One bite was enough! Food came out right away so the microwave was definitely a part of the preparation. Feels like we ate a bad Lean Cuisine for dinner! Cocktails were awful! Lemon Drop had no sugar rim, very little if any alcohol, tasted like straight lemon juice. Husband ordered an Old Fashion and he was less impressed than I was with mine! Service: See above. No specials to tell us about, no presentation, no bread, no anything. Plop plate and leave. Value: Total bill was $175.00 for two TINY filets, (husband had scallops added to his which ended up being two dime size scallops for $15.00.). Bottom line: We dressed up, ate in a mall food court atmosphere, paid $175 for a meal that was not tasty and we left hungry!

My husband & I went for the first time last night wouldn’t go back but can’t say it was all bad. I had the roasted chicken with brussels and it was very good, my husband had the filet which had a weird taste to it like the meat wasn’t fresh which is what will keep us from coming back. The waiter was very nice & attentive.

Waitress was rude!! Since We were the only table in the restaurant I guess we put her out? We charged for ice for our bourbons $2.00. Or friend ordered a martini and was charged $2.50 for 3 blue cheese olives. Our Caesar salad tasted like a bagged kit from Walmart. Big mistake. Huge mistake.

Had a great dinner there after our wedding. Definitely a different vibe than most steak houses. The food was delicious and staff was what's to be expected at a high end steak house.

Great atmosphere, great food, great service. I was gonna order the tomahawk but my group didn't want to wait that long for it to cook, so I ordered the smoked pork chop. It was the single best pork chop I've ever had.

The cigar smell was very strong. It wasn't like that in the past when we have had dinner here. The $50 filet I ordered was maybe 4oz. The flavor of the steak was great though.

Out first time dinning at Cardinal, Goff and service was exceptional! It was quite until the private party arrived upstairs, making it very noisy all over the club. Our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and food selections. He was great! He food was next to perfect! One thing we did not like was the cigar smoke though out Restutant, smoke had gotten into our garments making it making things very unpleasant. Everything else was great! Please take care of the smoke!!!!

Enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. We also tried and enjoyed the wagyu candle. Would go back next time in the area.

My husband and I came here for a Christmas party last night. It was a really nice atmosphere and when I looked around I realized that I had been here when it was a different restaurant. They provided stuffed mushrooms and a fruit and cheese platter. Everything was pretty good. The ambiance was really nice and the bartenders were great. The company provided a really nice choice of alcoholic beverages to choose from. I had a few glasses of their Chardonnay and it was very good. Not too oaky and not too buttery. They had one of my husband's favorite IPAs on tap, everything rhymes with orange so he enjoyed that. It's about 25 minutes from our house but it would be fun to try this out for dinner sometime.

Went for a pre-wedding dinner with friends and the food was disappointing. The paparedlle bolognese pasta was way undercooked. A friends roasted chicken and Brussels sprouts was almost black and the pork chop was so salty you couldn’t not eat it. Service was good but considering the price it was not worth it!
