“I am so sorry I didn't get the manager's name, but he has been manager for 7 years. I live 5 hours out of town and have to make at least one visit to Carl's here when in TTown. The store is clean, the service is fast, and the food is wonderful. I love the Club Grilled chicken with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. It is the best! Thank you for a great dining experience!!! I will always come back to this friendly, top-of-the-line Carl's Jr.“
“I recently signed up for Carl's Jr app and wasn't clear on how to use it at the restaurant. Scott gracefully assisted me, while Jonathan used it as a learning point. I also was visited by their co-worker Serena, who politely asked if she could get anything else for me.
As a recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest where I didn't readily have a Carl's Jr at my disposal, I was absolutely delighted with the food, service, and care I received at the Carl's Jr located in West Tulsa. No longer an also ran, Carl's Jr is now my favorite fast food restaurant and is a no brainer choice over the golden arches located across the freeway. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a far better experience than you'll get at the competition.
