I cant understand how big of a difference there is in the quality and portion size for the BIG HOT HAM AND CHEESE. Some of the Carls Jr have good size on a tasty bun, some of them(including THIS location) make u wonder if they keep giving you the SMALL instead. It's on a totally different bun and the portion is less than half. No matter how many times I complain, no one seems to care to want to do anything about it. Too bad Carls Jr is failing so much on this.

We just left this place. After we ordered our food and was getting our drinks and ketchup our friend saw a roach crawling in the ketchup! My husband mentioned it to the cashier and he didn't say anything like he didn't care! Disgusting!

I'd never eat here anyways, but giving one star for the insultingly crude and sexist 2025 Super Bowl Ad. What is this, 2005? If you have to exploit the female form to sell burgers, they probably aren't very good to begin with. The men who buy into this advertising should realize they won't score a girl like Alix Earle if they keep eating 800 calorie fast food burgers — but that would ruin the illusion, wouldn't it?

Ordered Carls Jr for dinner. Which I haven’t done in over a year hoping for corp to maybe work on improvements since every time I go they mess something up. I was hoping for a decent meal, but yet again the order was wrong. The drink was wrong. Done with Carl Jr.
I am so sorry I didn't get the manager's name, but he has been manager for 7 years. I live 5 hours out of town and have to make at least one visit to Carl's here when in TTown. The store is clean, the service is fast, and the food is wonderful. I love the Club Grilled chicken with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. It is the best! Thank you for a great dining experience!!! I will always come back to this friendly, top-of-the-line Carl's Jr.
