4 visits in 3 months. I ordered the Diablo burger twice and each time it didn't have everything on it. The 3rd time I ordered the Diablo burger, I was told that other customers had mentioned the same thing so I would receive a discount. I didn't receive the discount, but the burger was made correctly & it was AMAZING! Today, I ordered the guacamole burger with the guacamole on the side. 0 guacamole and cold "cardboard" fries. The food is priced OK when you get what you pay for. But when they constantly give you food that's missing items & old fries, you're not getting a good value. You can never reach anyone when you try to call the restaurant. My favorite location was on 41st, then I started going to this location once the short, older lady transfered there. I think she may be Hispanic & she worked at Carl Jr's for MANY YEARS. She always made you feel welcomed & she always made sure your order was correct.

This restaurant is extremely slow. They had a bunch of employee's, not 1 customer inside, an empty drive through. I went to the bathroom for 5min and then waited for my food for 10min. 15 min for 1 burger with no customers and full staff is ridiculous. They also over charged me. I wanted to substitute the beef for chicken in the diablo burger and instead of swapping I was charged a few extra dollars for extra meat "chicken." $10.85 for just a chicken burger, not a meal.

I have given this a re-reciew. I have gotten rid of Uber eats and tried their drive through. Much better! I actually got my food! It was hot and as advertised.

I don't understand why people have such a hard time doing their JOB! I have ordered a famous star, no pickles,extra onions what I got was a famous star NO ONIONS BUT HAD PICKLES! Today, we got a western bacon cheese burger and a famous star. We didn't get the famous star and they won't answer the phone! We live.25 minutes away we are not going back!
Workers are awesome but they do need to smile more often! . . ??

Ordering was fine at drivers up. Paying at window was fine. I was the only customer in parking and drive up. They had me pull up and wait. The waiting took forever. Over 10 minutes.

I had an amazing experience at this Carl's jr. I love the atmosphere the plants really add to the ambiance of the place. Our food was good and the service was exceptional the the girl working the front was so nice and went out of her way to make our visit good. She really adds a lot to the place I believe her name was Jill. I will definitely be returning this is my new favorite Carls jr.
