First time going to this location. Went through the drive through. Very rude lady took our order. Had to repeat our order a dozen times. The fish sandwich was hot but very bland, nothing special. The big carl burger was lukewarm and missing flavor. Other locations we have been to had much better service and food. Disappointed.

Carl’s Jr. @ Mingo, TulsaJUST DO_NOT_GO. The burgers were pale. They lacked any flavor of "charbroiled". Having worked in many styles of kitchens, the patties reminded me of a cafeteria I worked at, where the patties come already cooked. You heat them up, put them in hot water to keep them warm, and use that to make the burger when someone orders it. Definitely NOT worth the price we paid.

Had to have them remake the order, then waited 10 mins for them to remake it, when I went up to ask about it and check status they had forgotten all about remaking it. Food was good at least. But c'mon man! ---___---

I ordered two burgers from Carl's Jr. and they were the worst burgers I ever had. They were so cold, they felt like they came straight out of the freezer. I could barely taste anything except disappointment. I decided to take them back and ask for a refund, but the guy at the counter was very rude and unapologetic. He only gave me money for one burger, even though I had the receipt and the bag with me. He acted like he was doing me a favor by giving me half of what I paid for. This is unacceptable and dishonest. I will never go back to this Carl's Jr. again, and I advise everyone to avoid this place as well. They don't care about their customers or their food quality. They only care about taking your money and giving you garbage in return. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.
