Typical Mexican restaurant for the area. Nothing stood out. Beans and rice were average. The shrimp tacos were ok. Salsa is catered towards a non spicy taste pallete. I suspect there are more authentic choices and "picante"/spicy salsa if you ask.

Casa Amigos on Admiral was spectacular last night!!! I had the Texan fajitas (chicken, shrimp, steak, & I had peppers only), I added the shredded cheese on the side, & a small queso, YUMMY!! He got 2 chicken enchiladas, 1 shrimp enchilada, a side of grilled jalapeños, & a small margarita on the rocks. Salsa was great with a hint of spicy, & the food & service was 💯!!! I took 3 fresh tortillas home with rice, queso, meat, peppers, jalapeños, & I ate...

Chips and salsa are good.
Beans and rice are excellent on my few visits.
The margaritas are also very good.
The “small” is a large anywhere else.
The “Large” is HUGE. I mean it’s a gallon or something crazy. Enough for your whole table. I made that mistake the first time I came here. It was crazy.
Casa Amigo is a good restaurant with a good atmosphere....
