Abrianne or Abriannae was in the kitchen when I was picking up a doordash order and was rude right away when I said I’m here to pick up a doordash. When they Abruannae finished making my order they didn’t bag the items or tell me it was done on top of already running overtime. This would never happen at QT.

One star. Honestly, this Casey’s location was a big disappointment. The place was really filthy—floors dirty, pumps extremely slow, and the pump didn’t even shut off properly, causing diesel to spill everywhere. The customer service was just as bad, unfortunately. That said, I want to point out that this doesn’t reflect Casey’s as a whole—most Casey’s I visit are clean and well-kept. This one just really missed the mark.

Decided to try the thin crust pepperoni… it was subpar. Paid for ranch. Didn’t get it. Went back to get it because we live nearby but were told they were out of it. I paid for it and they didn’t offer an alternative sauce or give a refund. By the time we sat down to eat it was cold. I’ll get pizza elsewhere next time. I don’t recommend this location.

No food cook standing in the back doing nothing
I ordered a few drinks from Uber eats and on the app Casey's lists having energy drinks to be picked up by Uber eats. I placed my order of 4 Dr. Peppers and 4 energy drinks only to be told that the energy drinks are age sensitive and I wouldn't be allowed to purchase them through Uber eats. 1) I'm 40 years old. 2) if you (Casey's) aren't going to allow people to purchase them, then take the option off Uber eats.

Stopped in this morning after dropping my kid at school , was wanting something hot for breakfast. The store had a lot of ads for breakfast sandwiches. To my disappointment no hot foods were available except one slice of breakfast pizza. No one was back there cooking either. This was my first visit to Casey’s and will be my last👎🏽

I was going here 5 days a week for lunch I will never go back to this gas station again. They charged my card for the balance I owed then tell me I still owe almost $17. I showed the manger on my phone the transaction in my online banking that they took my money off. That employee didn't know what he was doing so I got ripped off didn't get my food and they kept my $21.67 she didn't even try to figure out what happened. I'll continue to go back to Quiktrip. Waiting on corporate to call me back so I can get my money back.

The employees and atmosphere is good here. My complaint is over the sub sandwiches and sliders, which are extremely skimpy and overpriced. The hoagie bread was halfway stale.

Casey's spring water taste like they took the bottle and dip it in toilet water and resold it. Literally the worst tasting water I've had in over 7 states and countless stores. I had no idea how big the difference between their purified and spring water was . Always get the purified one please fix it Casey's 🙏
