They are very late

First time here and there was a bit of a language barrier but they were really nice and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Food was very delicious and served quickly. Dining area is clean and very well put together. I might not be back but the experience was great :)I appreciate the hospitality. The karaoke unexpectedly was the highlight. People were really enjoying themselves and the moment.P.S Ate the food too fast to take pictures and they were even kind enough to let me charge my phone lol

Waitress only came by for order and to bring out food which took 25 minutes with only 2 other tables. Food was a bad joke. Chips and salsa are literally the cheapest chips out of bag at store with water and tomato paste and chicken fried in who know how old grease. Tiny portions. Plantains were soggy and old. Water has no ice and out of kitchen sink it seemed. We did not eat our food. Food at David L Moss would be considered gourmet compared to here.

Service was nice she really tried even with a small communication issue between us. Honestly the ONLY way it got a 2 was for the appetizer bean dip was really good. Everything else stunk. FOOD WAS not warm on my torta. I was eating MOSTLY bread because there was mabey 2 table spoon of meat if THAT. Gave us pop in a can? ASKED for a cup for my pop and got a dirty cup with no ice?? STOP SKIMPING and penny pinching we don't ask for much but be honest and do it right. You will get more customers at least if you do people right., put AT least food on the sandwich we're we can taste it. EVERYTHING WAS COLD including the asada.. charges for extra chip and the small amount of salsa that u do get.. I hate to say I'll probably not be back.
Also watch your bill and the taxes they are charging. They are making this right but we have been here for 10 min going over our overcharged bill.

Kid-friendliness: Pretty much. Hot dog, fries (that she didn't like, and a drink if u don't want to order a adult meal for your kiddo. Nothing really for kiddos.
