I did an online order through the app. I requested for text updates. I received zero. No way of tracking it through the app either. Driver shows up an hour late missing half my order. I let him know that so he took my other half with him to go back and get the rest of my order.. that was an hour ago. I called cava and they said my other half of my order is still there. My order never came. I called 3 times to cava support. First call the guy hung up on me and offered no solution. Second call I was transferred to a delivery driver that didn’t speak English. Third call I was offered a refund that takes 10-12 days and on top of that we lost the points we used for the order.

I know I'm eating healthy when I eat at Cava. The food is consistently delicious. Yesterday was exceptionally good, KeeKee recommended garlic dressing for my bowl. It was a perfect finish for my salad.

Today my husband and I stopped by cava for the first time we had no idea how to order, LeeLee was so kind to help us though the line she was very patient and transparent with us and she made a very instagram worthy looking bowl very tasty I recommend the harissa avocado bowl!!!
I would stay away from this location, I am a cava lover but the employees here are so incredibly rude. Leelee the employee had the worst attitude, I am not exaggerating when I say that she literally threw all the toppings on the plate to the point it splattered, she kept rolling her eyes when I would ask for another topping. She than turned around and slammed the door open to go to the back. Was throwing everything around so everyone could see that she was definitely not in a good mood. Jordan the cashier also seemed to have an attitude. Like I said I love cava but I will definitely not be coming to this location ever again save yourself the bad experience.
