Just ate Cava for the first time yesterday. It was so delicious, eating again for the second time today. Om at the Knoxville location was so helpful!
After a rather serious medical visit in town, we needed a comfort food lunch and a place to meditate on the day. Cava's menu was perfect and Jonathan at the Winston Salem NC location was super kind and helpful. He had our food ready in no time flat! The outdoor seating provided a quiet atmosphere away from the music inside. We will be back again to enjoy the good food when our hearts are not so heavy and we can enjoy a nice lunch surrounded by such nice staff.
