I rated this location so high because of the customer service. However I love the food as well and it's delicious. Felix has excellent customer service and he knows how to treat a paying customer. With his kindness and A1 service he's gained a customer for life! I truly appreciate that. It was my daughter's first time eating at CAVA and they were a little unsure of what to pick from the Menu. Felix was patient and helped break things down for them and waited with kindness as they chose what to order. It is truly appreciated man. You made an everlasting impression on us. After a rather serious medical visit in town, we needed a comfort food lunch and a place to meditate on the day. Cava's menu was perfect and Jonathan at the Winston Salem NC location was super kind and helpful. He had our food ready in no time flat! The outdoor seating provided a quiet atmosphere away from the music inside. We will be back again to enjoy the good food when our hearts are not so heavy and we can enjoy a nice lunch surrounded by such nice staff.

Best place so far I don’t know the whole area in Tulsa. I’m very glad that I came here satisfied 10 out of 10. The employees are amazing. The general manager is amazing. The cook is amazing. Everything is amazing.
