Not only did I see multiple employees touch their faces with gloves on and not change them out they did not wash their hands either. The hot line was down and you could see the dirty well. The tables were super sticky and did not feel or look clean. They were clearly not staffed properly there were not enough people on the line during the lunch rush. You could clearly see they were behind on mobile orders as well. Overall for how much money we paid for food it was a pretty horrible experience. I have been to many Cavas and this was by far the worst one.

This location has treated me lovely after my first introduction from an associate and since. I have so many pictures of my build a bowl order. And today was no exception. I stopped in and saw a note that read the “Hotwell is down. Sorry we can still make your bowl. Thank you for understanding” It clicked to me that the food is put away at proper storing and people can be served without issue and without skipping a beat I completed my order which the staff was more than helpful to do. Everyone is awesome here and they are open! Stuff like this happens. And they found a way around it. 10/10!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I visited yesterday and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. When I entered, there were four employees at the front. Despite being a customer, I was not greeted or acknowledged. The location was preparing to close at 7 PM, and most of the proteins had already been put away, which was confusing since I believed the store closed at 10 PM.
One boy at the front was polite and professional, but the girls handling toppings were extremely inattentive and rude. One girl was talking to a coworker instead of assisting me and showed clear attitude when I asked for toppings. Another girl was on the store phone discussing food for staff while I was being served, completely ignoring me.
A supervising male observed this behavior and allowed it to continue, which reflects very poorly on management. I remained polite and respectful the entire time, yet was treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. I have visited this location before and have never experienced anything like this. However, this incident was extremely frustrating, and the employees’ behavior genuinely made me angry due to how disrespectful and unprofessional it was. This experience was unacceptable. I expected better from this brand and will be reconsidering returning.

this cava location warms my heart every time. tonight, i was the annoying customer who comes in right before close, but Yari took care of me with the brightest energy. After leaving a 12 hour shift, it’s the little things that matter. Thank you, Yari! Forever my favorite cava location!

Like eating lunch in an oil change station but the food is pretty good and the staff is friendly and competent. Lamb was a bit dry and for that and the local lube up atmosphere I think it's overpriced. Most places are though these days. You kids get off my lawn!

I brought my grandmother here for her birthday. She was quiet the entire time. When i took her home she stated it was some of the best food she has tried and will be returning.

I always tell people or bring them to this place. I asked a worker once what his name was and he lied to me. I know cause I saw the permits back by the restrooms. So I won't mention names. So far everyone who works here is kind, explains the process or food items and is quick with the process. The cucumber drink is best here.

Keep up the service. Much appreciated!

I enjoy a good Mediterranean bowl, but this was a bowl of slop. It’s a hodgepodge of so-called fresh foods sitting on wilted greens or overcooked grains. Then they have the audacity to charge a premium price for a low-grade lunch. My drink was nearly $4. I was told it only comes in a large, which is why it’s so expensive, but for that amount I can buy a carton of juice from a grocery store. It’s simply ridiculous how much CAVA costs. I don’t recommend it.

so disappointed!!!! here I thought I found something healthy so I ordered it to be delivered to my house it was getting close to closing time so I guess they decided to just throw whatever they had left over in my bag even though my order was completely wrong they took no responsibility for it and somehow blamed the driver which had nothing to do with them fixing my meal the wrong way no one would answer the phone when I called back they closed an hour early and when I did call the manager of the store with a total jerk and didn't take any responsibility whatsoever I would never eat there again they have no scruples!!!!

The location in Castlerock, CO is awful. I’ve gone twice hoping the first time was just a fluke. The portions are very small. It was like I ordered a kids meal with what she placed in the green and grains bowl. I had to ask for the free bread, a bag to go, and our drink cups. I will never go back to this location again!!!

I placed a large order for a work event directly through the company’s website (not a third-party service). Unfortunately, several meals were missing from our order, and despite reaching out for assistance, no resolution or refund has been provided. I was informed that a case had been opened, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on their customer service. As a result, our office will not be ordering from this establishment again.

I recently moved and the Brookside Cava location has been the main one I go to. I have had the best experience going into this specific location, no matter what time or day of the week I go! Yari is so helpful when I order, she explains the menu items clearly, is patient when I’m deciding what to pick out and positive!! It could be five minutes before close and the interactions I get from the staff are genuine and I have not once felt rushed! As someone who also works in hospitality, I do recognize other peoples work ethic. Karyme was very attentive to everyone she took orders from at my last visit as well. The facility and lobby are always clean. Cava is keeping me as a customer, I walk out with a smile and some gooodddd food🤭
