CCD Catering Company

I hired CCD Catering for my wedding. While the overall process was good, we were not pleased with the service at our wedding. Our menu consisted of fried chicken with the option of either bone-in or tenders. The servers at our wedding did not give our guests this option and served everyone bone-in chicken until it ran out, then switched to tenders. We were both unhappy with this because we wanted tenders for ourselves and wanted our guests to have the option to choose. We had also discussed having dairy-free mashed potatoes as we had several guests that are highly sensitive to dairy. We were told to tell those guests to notify the servers that they needed the dairy-free mashed potatoes. Our guests notified us that the servers had no idea what they were talking about and were not provided with a dairy-free option. We also had a guest who is vegetarian and we had requested a meal specifically for her. She was told by the servers that there was no meal for her and was not served her meal we paid for until much later in the evening after the servers found it. From our perspective, it seemed that the servers had no idea what they were serving or how things were supposed to go. We felt that at the higher level, things were planned well and we knew what we were getting, but we were very dissatisfied with the servers and the apparent lack of communication. Overall, our guests enjoyed the food and it went well, but we wanted to provide this feedback for future events. We also did bartending through CCD and she was AMAZING! She did a fantastic job and the guests loved her.

This company is fraud and will take your money and not provide you the service of you call them they will block your number.

THIEF ALERT!!!!!! This company is very unprofessional! The owner Cassondra Smith double booked my niece's wedding on another couples wedding date over a year ago. Her mistake! Poor planning, etc. She contacted my niece and told her of the mistake she made and had the audacity to tell my niece to change her wedding date and that she wasn't going to refund my niece her $1200 deposit! The audacity of this b*&$%h!!!!

Horrible company!!!! my niece booked a date for het wedding a year ago and this company double booked and would NOT give her a refund for a deposit and it was their fault Bad Bad customer service DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Bravo!!???and thank you so much for a job well done on the catered lunch for my daughter’s birthday near Tulsa. Food and service were excellent. If you live out of state as we do and can’t be there in person hire CCD.

Great experience

We used CCD Catering for our wedding and have no complaints! The food was good, they were responsive and flexible in the planning, and we had no issues on the day of the event! I would definitely recommend them to others!
