Bummed! I came in with my punch card a couple weeks ago and signed up for their new point system, but was told my punch card would be honored next time I came in, as my free drink was on one that was in a different car. I spent quite some time filling up two of them. I came in today to get my free drink as promised and the young lady at the register told me that they would no longer honor any punch cards and would not transfer those points over to the new digital point system....read full review
They would not honor my rewards punch card with 6 punches. Refused to switch it over to the new digital system.
I buy from them every time I'm in Tulsa but NEVER AGAIN....
Lousy customer care.
