Five Stars! I had a superb fillet steak—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food came out just right. I washed it down with a lovely Pinot Noir from the bar, which paired perfectly. All around, a fantastic experience at The Chamber Restaurant. Highly recommend both the food and the wonderful team!

Be prepared to wait for your food and need to search for wait staff to refill drinks. We had a table of 3, everyone ordered directly from the menu, and it was 45 minutes to get our food. When we all had empty water glasses, we had to go searching for someone to get us water; when the 1 of us with blood sugar issues was light-headed because we were waiting so long for food, we had to go find someone to get us a piece of bread; when it had officially been 45 minutes without food, we had to go find someone to find out what was going on with our meals. An apology, or at least awareness, can keep a restaurant from receiving a review like this, but that didn't happen.

Food was good, service was good, noise levels were good. I feel like the decor needs freshening.

Extremely quiet on a Tuesday night. We were seated promptly and Marci gave us a few minutes before taking our drink orders. We then ordered dinner. I had the NY Strip and my wife had the Petite Filet. The Strip came with fingerling potatoes and broccoli while the Filet had mashed potatoes and broccoli. Food was delicious and in big enough portions that we didn't try for dessert, although they had some tempting offerings. All in all, a great date night and I wouldn't hesitate to dine at the Chamber again.

The apps and Extra Dirty Martini's were so good! The entrees were different than the norm and super delicious. The crème brûlée was perfectly paired with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc!

Great experience for Valentine's Day. Service was great, food and drinks were good. A bit on the expensive side but worth checking out.

Ordered a petit filet for $55 and the waiter hurried off quickly and never asked how we wanted it cooked. The decor is nice but the lights were too bright and there wasn't any back ground music. Made if feel sort of cheap but the prices were high.

Website doesn't give menu. I called the restaurant and she was not helpful. Guess I won't be eating here.

Stayed at the hotel and ate dinner and breakfast here. Great cocktails, arancini appetizer, arugula salad, meatloaf, pork chop dinner, and salted carmel ice cream. Breakfast good coffee, eggs and waffles. Overall happy with everything.

This place is hidden but is really good. If you are staying downtown, we recommend you give them a try. We had a late dinner and were pleasantly surprised given we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Breakfast was very good too! Try the candied bacon!

I’ve been here a few times for breakfast over the last month. First visit was a little iffy due to the bacon I was served (mostly fat and an odd texture) but they replaced it with sausage for me which was OK.
Second visit was better as the bacon was perfect and they accommodated my request for corn tortillas instead of toast.
Third visit was an omelette which was cooked perfectly.
Service has been excellent on every visit. I’ll likely add this restaurant to my weekly rotation. Having recently stayed in the hotel itself for a night, I feel there’s a distinct positive difference in the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff in the Restaurant and Bar as compared to the front desk.

The food was amazing, and the ambiance was amazing. Management was terrible. Our waitress was new, high as a kite, and service was awful. We got our own drinks from the bar twice while the staff stood around and chatted. The music was static throughout. The last 2xs there have been awful, which is so sad because we used to love going there! :( Not anymore.....

A shame. Absolutely avoid. The waiters, who were more than dubiously friendly, refused us 3 credit cards when paying, including an infinite one, they pretended to pass the cards through their terminal. Obviously to collect cash in the end. Never seen !!!!!
