The service was slow, chaotic, and not accurate. Food was good, not great, and for what it was, somewhat overpriced.
We had reservations at 5:30 before a 7:30 concert. We arrived at 5:15 and were seated. We did not receive water until 5:45. Our poor waitress was the only one on. They took our order an hour into us being seated and then lost our ticket. Our glass of wine and beer came at 6:45, our dinner at 6:50. They had to scratch the apps since we didn't have time and gave my husband an undercooked steak per desired want. We ate some mouthfuls of obviously-rushed cooked and plated food and had to leave to make it to our concert. Has good potential but poorly run.
We went to Chamber for the first time on a Sunday night on an early reservation prior to a concert. The restaurant was ill-prepared to handle the number of customers that night. We were seated and fairly quickly ordered an appetizer and bottle of wine. Both were served quickly, but the calamari was under cooked. Our waitress told us about a special on crab cakes. When we decided to order crab cakes, she seemed to not remember anything about the special. We then ordered entries and a bottle of wine. The food was served fairly quickly; however, the entree salads were mostly ice burg lettuce and did not include the other ingredients shown on the menu. The other 2 entrees were not served with the daily vegetable. The bottle of wine was not served until we were completely finished with the main course. We ordered desserts and tried to make the best of a terrible meal experience by eating dessert and drinking the wine that we had ordered earlier.
Food was excellent. Server was excellent but when we dined there on June 14, 2025, we are convinced we were overcharged on the taxes. We know there is sales tax and liquor tax but even so, we are 99% sure the tax was not calculated correctly. We brought it to the attention of the manager and she said the taxes were correct. My husband who is a CPA said “I think they overcharged us by approximately $30.” Something in their software for calculating totals on tickets must be programmed incorrectly.
There was only one waitress who was tied up with another table so we had another lady help out with the delivery of our food. The caesar salad was kinda of stale and the salt shakers were crusted over due to the humidity of being in a basement area. The main dishes were good but not for the price. The service was okay but could have been better.
It was the perfect place for an anniversary meal. The food was delicious and Kathryn was absolutely delightful. We had the sweet tea brined pork chops and red wine short ribs. We were looking for a restaurant with 4 stars and 2-3 $ signs with a nice ambiance. This was the place! I’m sorry that I didn’t think to take pictures because everything was wonderfully plated.
Spent around $100 for a meal for two. The food was astoundingly bad. I was shocked at how awful the food was. The service from the hostess and waiter was above average.
Because it was my first time eating there I thought maybe it was an off night.
I called the manager the next weekday after and talked to him about the food. He was extremely apologetic and said he wanted us to have a great experience and that he wanted to make it up to us and refund, or have a “do-over” meal and that he would call me back the next day.
That call never came and it’s been weeks ago.
I will never spend money at this establishment again and want everyone to know to go else where. We’re in Tulsa and there are amazing places to eat here in the area.
Mike and his wait staff were amazing. They took great care of us and checked on us often. The brunch was really good. We had Egg Benedict's, Pancakes, Bacon, Breakfast Potatoes, and Avocado Toast with egg whites. We look forward to dining there again and recommend to anyone looking for great food and service in this 1920s hotel restaurant.
The wait staff was slow and really rude. The food was really good. Recommend the meatloaf and the cherry chicken. The alfredo and Ceasars salad are what you expect. The drinks are good, but if you want friendly staff don't go here. Took a while to get our food and when asked they advised they were busy, but the place had 1 other table with people. So I'd go eat an appetizer somewhere else so you can wait on yours there. All glasses were empty and didn't see our waitress for 20 minutes.
Chambers is a wonderful restaurant with great service and good food!
Located in the lower level of the Tulsa Club, in the heart of Tulsa, Chambers has a modern setting with an upscale feel.
The service is fantastic as the hostess greets and seats you with a smile. The server, Katherine was amazing as she was patient with us answering questions about the menu, accommodating changes, and offering suggestions. She checked on us often and felt like she was part of our party!
The food was high end and tasty! The French Onion soup was cooked to perfection offering a perfect flavor and a great start to the meal. The Tuna Poke was very tasty but the bed of rice noodles needs to be replaced by either a wonton shells or something with more substance. Regardless a wonderful appetizer.
The Cherry Brick Chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Chambers seem to have solved the problem most restaurants have with over cooked dry chicken. The Short Ribs were amazing and tender to the touch. The red wine was evident but not overwhelming and all meals were complimented by the perfect sides.
Unfortunately we were so satiated that we could no fit in dessert which looked absolutely delicious!
A wonderful restaurant with amazing service and fantastic food! Well done Chambers, well done!

The waitress Katherine aka Pam literally sprinted down the street after us to give us our leftovers we forgot. The food was amazing, the service was 5 star, and we will definitely be back!
Five Stars! I had a superb fillet steak—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food came out just right. I washed it down with a lovely Pinot Noir from the bar, which paired perfectly. All around, a fantastic experience at The Chamber Restaurant. Highly recommend both the food and the wonderful team!
Be prepared to wait for your food and need to search for wait staff to refill drinks. We had a table of 3, everyone ordered directly from the menu, and it was 45 minutes to get our food. When we all had empty water glasses, we had to go searching for someone to get us water; when the 1 of us with blood sugar issues was light-headed because we were waiting so long for food, we had to go find someone to get us a piece of bread; when it had officially been 45 minutes without food, we had to go find someone to find out what was going on with our meals. An apology, or at least awareness, can keep a restaurant from receiving a review like this, but that didn't happen.
Food was good, service was good, noise levels were good. I feel like the decor needs freshening.
