Char Char Restaurant at 91 st and Sheridan is a hidden gem. We loved the chicken dinners. Husband had kabob and I had the Quarter bone in breast/wing combo . Potato salad and tabouli for sides along with red potatoes w/ tzatziki and pita and hummus. Everything was fresh and inviting in its presentation. Jimmy and the rest of the staff were very friendly and gave excellent descriptions of menu choices. We will definitely be back!

This is a must try restaurant if you like Middle Eastern / Mediterranean food! This is a nice, clean, bright, friendly staffed little deli. We ordered the Chicken Kabob and the Gyro Platter with one side each and an order of Hummus to share. For the side my wife went with the house salad and I went with the tabouli. They have weekly specials that make this place worth checking their FB page often. I am going to watch for the cabbage rolls! Order at the counter and the food is delivered to the table. Nothing fancy …but it is good fresh food. Everything was wonderful!

We've had a lot of Mediterranean food in the past, mainly in Denver. This place was such a disappointment. 1st, the poor kid taking orders and delivering food had no system. He was giving away food to the wrong people. We watched out for ours and got what we ordered. There were way too many toppings, and the flavors took away from the meal. I never had pickle on my gyro before, different, and it didn't belong. The portion was adequate, but the flavor was just missing. The sauce was very mild. The pita was slightly burned and also took away from the flavor. No fountain drinks, only bottled soda and water. What a miss. Will not be back

Elijah was delightful, helpful and so friendly!! We had the bruschetta which was amazing! We also had the quarter dark chicken, chicken and shrimp kabobs. All were excellent but the chicken kabob was a little dry. Excellent red potato, tabouli and Taziki sauce!!
Fantastic gyro sandwich. Highly recommend the tabouli. Felt like I was back in the Mediterranean.

OMG OMG OMG. Literally criedddddd on my last bite because I didn’t want it to end. The BEST Mediterranean food ever. The flavor was just like a burst of joy in my mouth. The chicken Kabob was just tender and juicy.. the potato salad had such a great flavor. It was our second time back and it was just as good as the first time. I love that.

Dietary restrictions: I had the quarter white chicken with red potatoes and corn. It was amazing! I always get the same thing, but I will have to try the dark meat chicken next time that the chef recommended.
