Love the relaxed atmosphere here and most of the staff is quite hospitable. The general manager does seem to be a little rude towards staff which isn't very pleasant to witness. The food is good maybe a little over priced for the lack of flavor but okay overall.

Oh I love you. But...... if you are going to over serve seniors...or anyone. Make sure they atleast Make it out the front door safe!! Met a mid 70s gentleman falling out your front door. He could barely walk. Helped him find his lyft. Went inside to 3 hostesses just standing there and a male manager just wandering around. None Helped him safely out. Didn't even hold the door as he fell out! If you are going to over serve. Help them get to their ride! On way out. Same 3 hostesses, just standing there. Gentleman with cane walking in...... we opened door for him! Food good for price. I'd work on hospitality.

I actually ordered this to be delivered to my home and I got it very quickly. I ordered the salmon salad and it was delicious! The greens were nice and crispy and everything was still nice and warm. Fresh ingredients which is a must have. I'm not a huge fish person either but the salmon was perfect!

I always enjoy. Charleston's! Today was the enchilada plate. The food was awesome. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was still quiet enough that we could conduct an important business meeting.

Go to for date nights, I love the garlic dressing, croissants, steak and potato consistently good. Favorite appetizer is the shrimp cargot!

FYI the “join the waitlist” option doesn’t work.We joined the waitlist and showed up with the live update saying we were number one in line. Once we got inside the hostess looked up our name on the waitlist, said she’d need to talk to her manager, and then said it would be another 45 minute to an hour wait, just like everyone else who was walking in without being on the wait list. I understand there being some wait once we arrive, but that was ridiculous and frustrating. Normally we love Charleston’s, but this was a poor experience.
