I love the food but they do not have tap to pay which I believe is a very poor decision for any business, they have missed so much money just from me alone. Also… the cashier could possibly suggest to order it online. This place could be making bank so many failed opportunities it’s sad!

The app is absolutely garbage, it glitched and sent my pickup order to a location in a different state. The cashier at mall was super nice, and he helped me try and figure out away to cancel or change the order. When we both couldn’t figure it out, he gave me my order. The other employees were also helpful and kind even despite the language barrier. Everyone that was working 5/3/2025 at 5pm deserves a raise, and the company should invest in a phone number for costumer service and better app.

Service sucks, the girl taking our order couldn’t take out her headphones to hear us, so she got our order messed up and we waited for 10 minutes just for fry’s to come out. I will stick to the Joplin location, have more on there menu to pick from and way better customer service

I used to love this place but now, the service is pitiful. I kept hoping it would get better but it hasn't. I ordered my sandwich to go and the men that make the sandwich (no matter which it is) always act as though they have a problem with doing their job. Today, instead of putting the mayo on my sandwich, they put mayo packets in the box. I asked for light lettuce and banana peppers on the sandwich, tomato and pickle on the side. They put all of it in a box inside the box with the sandwich. When I ask for a bag because I take my sandwich to go, they hand me the box and the bag. The NEVER put the food in the bag. I'm not gonna pay to be disrespected, so I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on

If I could give this a -1,000,000 I would. I ordered a sub and I got maybe a half an ounce of meat and loaded up with peppers. The worst item I’ve ever eaten in my life. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself.

employees act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering, rude, dont have a lick of customer service in their bodies. will ignore you till you force them to take your order (: not my fault you hate your life.

I used to work in the mall and got Charley’s all the time so I’m kinda used to the crappy service and food prep. Although the last two times I went including today have been ridiculous. Girl that’s always behind the register is ducked down on her phone, you can try to be acknowledged but good luck! Then once you do get acknowledged, don’t expect to get a word in for your order, or for her to be even the slightest bit nice. It doesn’t take much to just be kind, you don’t even have to smile at me, but don’t act like I’m inconveniencing you when you’re getting paid to take my order. Now the multiple males behind the counter are another story. The pointing and bumping each other while nastily looking at you will make you feel great! They won’t acknowledge you either tho just so ya know:) On top of the service, the food comes out worse and worse every time you go. Today I couldn’t even eat my bread because they gave me a torn in half piece and it all went to sludge and fell apart before I could even touch it. Went to pick it up and it might as well have disintegrated in my hands with the meat everywhere. Needless to say, don’t eat here unless you want to feel like a piece of meat, or not even be treated as a customer but a nuisance to their day!

Love the food. 5 people behind the counter ignored me til I asked to place an order. They also told me they no longer have vinegar for my sandwich. What’s up with that. Kinda a deal breaker here.

This location in the Woodland Hills Mall is the worst I've visited. I had ordered teriyaki wings and was given a disgusting piece they called a wing. The service is terrible when you go to give criticism and feedback. They don't seem to care and treat the consumers as an issue and waste of their time. I posted a picture with a real wing next to it that was eaten.

Came up to order and cashier was ducked down behind the register on her phone. So I get closer and said hello. Then she looks up at me turns around and starts looking thru bags. I said excuse me and the other guys kept cleaning and she ignored me. Wow and I really wanted a sandwich. 7pm at the mall.
