Excellent customer service! The young people at the window are the best of the best and that was my FIRST EXPERIENCE! So, I've been back a couple of times and the excellent attitudes and love of their job always makes me so happy when I leave! I thank God for your leadership! This is the ONLY location I will eat at. They never disappoint! Literally drive out of my way to come here.

So we just visited this location and had to wait over 20 minutes in line for two small fish dinners. No one would respond when we tried to figure out what was going on. in the past if someone ordered something else that needed more time they would have them pull up so the others could get their food.

Instead, we had to wait in line with no information and then the people working at the window. We’re not friendly. We’re not helpful. Wouldn’t answer our questions. We asked if the fish had been sitting there this entire time they said no but it’s just not a great experience. It’s not good food. I think it’s being run by different people so don’t walk run away from this place forever. Never give them your business because clearly it’s bad customer service, bad food and just not worth it when there’s plenty of other places with better options and more affordable.

Charlie's is a laid-back chicken restaurant buffet style but also has a drive-through if you do not want to dine in. They serve fried chicken, chicken chunks, and Chicken fried steak with a wonderful complement of side dishes and desserts.
