Updated review: I LOVE the food. The service seems to be hit or miss but I would say most of the time it is great. I have had a handful of times I requested utensils so I can eat my food. I have had missing food a couple of times. If you order a kids meal, it will be put into a plastic wrapper which will bleed oil and it will get all over your car. You have to request a box which they do for a 2 chunk snack which is almost exactly the same. Which brings me to my next complaint.. The kids meal is a WAY better deal unless you buy a lot of chicken. Literally their 2 chunk snack is more expensive than ordering every item individually. They are charging their customers for convenience.

My last complaint is from my previous review in which I have a terrible review. They commented on it saying to reach out to their email. 2 months later and no response. It feels like a facade on their reviews making it look like they care but I feel like it's probably copy and paste. They don't actually work with you. At least in my experience.

EDIT: still no response from Charlie's chicken and I decided to visit again. I'm stuck eating mashed potatoes without any utensils. No napkins. Very disappointing. At least the food taste great. I guess I just need to take a few extra minutes EVERY time I visit to ensure my order is correct. I don't care if I need to hold up the line anymore because I'm tired of driving off with something messed up.

Last 2 trips have been very disappointing. Portions of jalapeno chicken dinner are almost half of what they used to provide. Probably will not go back since this has happened twice.

Food was very bland I had the meat loaf very bland and they changed it and I got the chicken dark meat roasted and not any better.

Worst meal I have ever had. No gravy on my cold mashed potatoes. I requested gravy. Extra gravy requested was less then half full and watery. I couldnt eat it. No butter for my bread as requested. Small cold chunks of chicken. I was so upset. Worst meal I have ever received here. Usually it's Great. Not this time. I was so disappointed. Do better Charlie's Chicken.

This was the second time that I've been to this establishment. It is clean and well organized. The lobby is kept up and the team members were very friendly and helpful. Prices are very fair. The food is cooked and present well and in a timely manner. Parking is ample wnd good. Handycaped individuals have a flat plane to enter. Seating is good for all. Families are encouraged to dine here. It's a sure enough place to grab a bite to eat! I'm going back!
