Surprising good chicken from a market! The folks working here are friendly and helpful. We had the chicken finger combo and it was all great.

I ordered an UNSWEETENED iced tea, 3 chicken chunks and a pint of chicken livers - I got SWEET tea (told them it was sweet and asked them to replace it with UNSWEETENED - got another SWEET). The chicken was so horrifically salty that it was not edible and I got a short 1/2 pint of chicken gizzards instead of the pint of livers. AND they put fried hot pieces right in the Styrofoam container without paper liner so it melts into the Styrofoam - which is toxic. No more Charlie's Chicken here - DONE!!!

Out of the chicken most of us wanted. Spicy chunks were mildly seasoned at best. Fries were not fresh. Lady behind the counter was more concerned about the late evening shift than with serving us.

This was my favorite Charlie's, but after being harassed by other customers and no employees stepping in i no longer feel welcomed

Completely different experience at night then during daytime. The food was horrible. Over $30 for chewy, soggy crusted chicken AND RAW wedges and water gravy. I was really hungry too and ended up throwing most of it away. Date night ruined and ending in tears. 👍

On Mother’s Day stopped and asked for a 20 chunk family meal when they gave me one sack I asked 3 times is that everything. The attendant only cared about shutting the window on me and was annoyed by my question. When we arrived home of course missing sides and not enough food to feed the family. I called several times and no answer. Horrible customer service……. $60 bucks just spent to only have to come home and cook any way.

Went back to Charlie's and it was much better this time. Thank you

Food just wasn't very fresh. Seemed to be sitting out awhile. It would have been better if I took it to go so I could heat up in the microwave.
