Sadly this location continues to drop the ball with your order. Always forgets honey mustard if you ask for it. It will even show on your ticket! Tonight I ordered and was charged for a 5 chunk dinner...received a 3 chunk. Ordered and was charged for a side of mash potatoes and gravy...the gravy is missing. Called and spoke to the "manager" only to find out she really doesn't care.
I'm livid as an employee just asked me for my PIN number in order to pay with my card. The manager just said sorry. They still effing charged us, as they held the card until they were able to figure out how to run it without my mfing PIN. WHAT IS WRONG WITH Y'ALL?!
Just picked up some food through drive in. It was absolutely TERRIBLE! Food was cold, tough and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. On top of that, we checked the menu with prices before we left the house. We ordered 2 2-chunk dinners (4.99 ea on the internet page). HOWEVER, instead of 4.99, the price was 7.09 ea.
SOoo. If you want bad food at twice the price, this is the place to go. I’m sure Charlie Randolph would not be happy with this restaurant!!! DO NOT GO...read full review
