The Manager on duty was very sweet and friendly, her thoughtfulness and kindness shines through all she does and with her staff that works wonderfully beside her. The food is always delicious and fresh. Such a great location.

Time is money. Went to pick up delivery. Requested an order. They looked it up. I assumed started it. Then left it. Started roughly 10 other walk in orders. When delivery orders have priority via contract. Then I asked about the order 30 min later they looked around then went and helped a different client. Absolutely waste of time for delivery drivers at this location

Whomever designed the drive thru blueprints prob shouldn't ever work in design or construction again (you'll see what i mean) but the service is always fast and the food fresh and tasty! It's right by my house, so it's a weekly treat for me. The banana pudding is the best!

So sad today. What has happened to this location? Upon entering, noticed a new face..acting like the shift leader/manager. In the past, this Charlie's has been constantly good. Not today! Okra tastes like it's leftover from lunch. Potato wedges as well taste old. There's zero chicken in the dressing dinner. Finally, broccoli cheese has a bitter taste. All sides were cold and we only live 4 blocks away from the restaurant.

Charlie's is always a good choice for comfort food. You just can't beat their selection. They have something for everyone! Haven't tasted anything I did not like. Love their broasted chicken. The broccoli grape and cucumber tomato salads are great choices for a healthy veggie.

Oh myyyyyyy!!!! I needed some gizards in my life!!!! However, starting from placing my order was my disappointment. Please, go back and encourage Juan and Chris to take orders with a smile, please!! Based on the pictures, I had to ask myself what was going on. I was informed this was the larger!!??? There is noooooo way!!!! Where were my roll and gravy?
Now, I do have to say. Tiana from Tulsa has great customer service skills (4☆ due to her actions). Thank you for your above and beyond service. The food was sooooooo delicious!!!!!

Every time I go to this location they never have any chicken. It doesn’t matter what time of day. I have never seen such incompetence. Don’t waste your time or money this location has everything else but chicken . Also don’t order the peach colored it is awful.
