Sadly this location continues to drop the ball with your order. Always forgets honey mustard if you ask for it. It will even show on your ticket! Tonight I ordered and was charged for a 5 chunk dinner...received a 3 chunk. Ordered and was charged for a side of mash potatoes and gravy...the gravy is missing. Called and spoke to the "manager" only to find out she really doesn't care.

Do not order on door dash. They sent no condiments no sauce for my chunks and the Lemonade was water down. I work at a very big entity and I will send out mass email to not use CC by Door dash.

Visited here today for lunch, and was very disappointed. I come here alot because I love the broccoli and rice, but it didn't taste very good today, it had a weird taste to it, I spent $20.60 for my #5 combo along with a piece of chocolate cream pie, for paying almost $4 for the pie you gave me a little piece for a child not what I expected..I think I might just take a long break from Charlie's chicken and go spend my $20 for better tasting food.

The chicken chunks were pretty dry this last time, but usually they are cool.

Visited this location during lunch what a waste of $12 plus dollars I ordered the chicken chunks snack along with a side of barbecue beans I expected to taste like baked beans these beans were nothing more than straight barbecue sauce, poured over tasted like day old beans chicken chunks were not and expected either I will NOT PATRONIZE this business any more! Quality of food was not up to par at all.
