Had the pleasure of being helped today by this sweet young lady by the name of Shantelle. Came out and apologized for my wait. She had very great customer service and her personality was very contagious.
Not one employee us wearing a hair net. I received a long red hair baked into the broccoli rice casserole. When I took the food back the manager didnt pull the hair infected food from the line. Instead she gave me my money back and tried to get rid of me quick. the hair was baked in. I'm sure she's sharing her hair with all who eat there. ..I WILL NEVER EAT THAT NASTY HAIR INFECTED FOOD AGAIN. RUDE UNAPOLOGETIC EMPLOYEE/MANAGER. .It was her hair!!
