We always love the food and service at Cheddars. This is our favorite location.
We have tried everything from steaks, ribs, wraps, salads and most things in between. We have never been disappointed.

Deza our server was great. Food is mediocre brought out old chips and salsa. Then had the nerve and tell us that you can't get a to-go cups at the table for lemonade or soda if alcohol is in the table you have to actually go to the host stand and pour your drink. Silverware was filthy.

DONT EAT HERE. Order a Texas T-bone. Asked for medium rare and got a well done steak. Sent it back to get fixed and the cook decided to play games and I got a rare steak that was cold to touch. If he was my employee I would have fired him for playing that game. Well done and rare are total opposites of each other. Not a funny game when I work outdoors in the heat and need some protein. I didn’t even order new food to replace I was to upset to eat any longer. So I will be going home to eat cold left over spaghetti. So I am so disappointed that I will no longer come here nor allow any friend or family member to eat here. No birthday parties or after church visits. The manager didn’t even ask me if I wanted to order something different. I have been a GM of a restaurant and so not acceptable service. TRUST ME THIS IS NOT THE CHEDDERS OF THE PAST. GO SOME WHERE ELSE FOR FOOD THAT IS A LITTLE BETTER THAN THIS DISGUSTING PLACE.

The floor was very dirty and slippery throughout the restaurant. Maybe they were having a busy day but it was a mess inside and the food did not taste fresh. My broccoli was old and the tortilla chips were stale.

I signed in 20 minutes to the waitlist, with the number of our party. Received a text message. Followed the prompts when we got there to tell them we were here. Received a text to tell the kids we were here, Received a text my table was ready. However, when I showed the text message to the matron at the front door she told me it'd be a 15 to 20 minute wait even though it told me my table was ready. I've been standing here for 10 minutes there's been a load of people coming in they have seated them all when they could have put tables together and set us down. We are still waiting to be seated this will be my last time to ever come to this restaurant.

Either screaming children or disrespectful young adults. It's not the restaurant 's fault, but I really hate trying to eat when people are cursing every other word or have children that can not behave & throw tantrums. The ribs were very tender, the food was great, but customer service has gone to crap since COVID & I am about done with eating in public.
Everything was good. But my drink 🍷 was water down 👇.

We have been long time customers of the Tulsa restaurant and the last two times we have gone has not been very good. But today we went and it started with a black hair on my coffee cup#1told the server and he replaced it. I went to unroll the napkin and it was soiled with something #2. We always get the spinach dip it was cold and the kids meals were also cold and my steak was under cooked 3 and 4. At this point we just throw the towel in and told your server everything and just paid for the bill. I talk to the manger that today just made me sad because this place was special to us and now it has come to this two bad experiences.Dont think we will be back.

Got to give a big thank you for our server Payton, she was great. My family never had to ask for anything out entire meal. The food was fresh and delicious and quite affordable with a variety of items from the appetizers to the entrée. Thank you Chesdars and staff.
