Victoria was our bartender/server. She was cool. Attentive. Great service. Food was good. Had the chicken strips n broccoli casserole n carrots. Was good. Tried the fried apple pie. Was ok. Kinda ehh nothing special. But over was a great experience.

My wife and I had lunch with my mom the other day, (not our first time) but I ordered the fish and shrimp and it was an amazing! Very flaky hot great coating just overall perfect! Wife ordered the Texas size chicken fried steak and she loved it! My mom always gets the monte Cristo 🍽️ service was great all around just a great experience I highly recommend it!

We are uncertain if it is Cheddar’s policy to decline large parties with children, but the manager informed us that they could not accommodate our group of 9 adults and 9 children. To make matters worse, as my husband was leaving, he overheard staff members making unprofessional comments about our group bringing "lots of kids," which was both disappointing and disrespectful. Due to this experience and the lack of accommodation, we were forced to dine at a fast-food restaurant as the children were hungry. This is the reason we are leaving a 1-star review, as the service and treatment we received fell far below our expectations.

Busy, loud, and was so dang hot that it was unbearable 😢 Waitress was overwhelmed and couldn't keep up with her tables, food was not ordered correctly and cold by the time it reached us, 30 min to even get drinks, and entire restaurant was just utter chaos! We weren't the only ones complaining...
Stephanie was our server she was very patient abs and tentative to our needs as my daughter and i chatted catching up. Our sangria's were rimmed with sugar and were right on time!
Steak was extra tuff. Green beans a little to sugary.

We did an online order and each meal had something wrong with it. If the staff would take the time to pay attention to the order details our order would of been prefect. Family salad had croutons but ordered without. Trio sampler ordered with ground beef but no ground beef in queso. Key West chicken and shrimp was dry and no key west sauce on it. Chicken Alfredo had barely any alfredo sauce.

We order to-go family meals here every Friday evening. Food is great and kiddos love it. Portion size is awesome!
Waitress was great. Wait was long given the number of other customers. Food was room temp when it finally arrived. The slices of cheese on the Philly cheese steak was not melted and just sitting on top of sandwich.
