I used to love Cheddars, but the food is not as good as it once was and the service..... God Bless Anyone who is trying to find good help, could we just act like you want to make some money. Bring back the paper napkins! I needed them to wipe off the mustard and ketchup bottle, the waitress brought to me and I took one look at the mustard and didn't touch it. The cloth napkin smelt very weird. The cheeseburger was pretty good. The croissants you get as you are seated look amazing but are very hard and stale. Hope to try again one day and see some improvements.

Great experience here time after time. Good value, good service, and good food! Our server Michael was amazing! My family and I ate there on 11/28 Black Friday and we had 12 people. They got us seated within minutes, the food came quickly, and the manager Olimpia was friendly and made sure everything was up to standard. We’ll be back soon. A+++

We arrived around 6:00 PM expecting a normal dinner. Instead, we endured a nightmare. The wait times kept changing—first 40–50 minutes, then 30, then 15, then 35. By the time we were finally seated, it was 7:50 PM. That’s nearly two hours wasted standing at the front while staff blatantly let others skip ahead.
The manager promised it would be “fixed quickly.” That was a lie. We watched multiple groups who came in after us get seated immediately, while we were left as the only group still waiting. Even worse, we overheard the three hostesses openly discussing how they would help someone get a table faster—and then they did exactly that.
This wasn’t just bad service. It was corruption at the front desk, favoritism, and total disregard for paying customers. The staff were unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.
Cheddar’s has proven itself to be a shameful establishment where customers are treated unfairly and management covers it up. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs.

Went here with my husband and 2 kids, we always have a good experience here, however this time around the waiter seemed busy, forgot stuff we asked for, didn't bring plates for the croissants or our appetizers, she was nice but maybe a little overwhelmed, the cook must of changed because the salmon was different and also the rice it came with was bland, even the croissants were a little different, food still good but different which made my experience okay. I know prices have gone up so the bill didn't surprise me, after tip our bill came out to about $100( we drank waters).

Sometimes homestyle cooked food is what is needed. Cheddars filled that need for the night. A grilled steak and mashed potatoes was what hit the spot. My server was a bubbly young man with energy to spare. Said he was a bit tired from working multiple jobs but he still had a smile and made me feel welcome. That is good service.

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Cheddar’s, thanks in large part to our amazing server, Annie. She was incredibly accommodating from the moment we sat down—pleasant, friendly, and always attentive without ever being overbearing. You can really tell she cares about making sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
The food was excellent as always. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The quality is consistently very good, and this visit was no exception. On top of that, the service was impressively fast; we never had to wait long for anything.
Overall, Annie truly elevated our visit with her professionalism and warm personality. Cheddar’s is lucky to have her! Highly recommend both the restaurant and requesting Annie if you can.
