Take Out (Rude towards me during pick up) orders are confirmed in front of restaurant servers When picking up orders for customers Pictures are taken of orders before and after delivery You have no right demanding to look at someone’s phone even after the order is confirmed in front of you or yelling at them

Privacy concerns:
A driver's phone contains personal information that they are not obligated to share with a restaurant.
Verification through the app:
Restaurants can verify a driver's identity by checking their name and order details within the Delivery app. (For future reference-You can see orders on your side and if a specific driver did not deliver the order You can block them) Drivers work hard to serve customers (We deserve great customer service too)

Hands down the best Chinese I've ever eaten... You can tell that it's prepared fresh by professionals. Service is absolutely on par with the best I've ever had anywhere... HIGHLY recommended!

It was my first time here and we had a very bad experience with the server, from chasing us down to our car, yelling to us and demanding for tips, aguing back and ford demanding for tips. So, we order two main dishes the duck which was good and the mala fish which is just fry fish skin on bone, can't seen to find any fish meat, mostly just vegetables and the fry rice are hard like it from last night. And the server only been to our table twice, the time we order foods and the time we paid, there aren't any server coming to our table to see if we need extra napkin which we need or to refill water. That to me I think it bad serving so I had my reason to not leave any tips, but having the server to come out and chase us down to yell at us demanding for tips is just embarrassing for the restaurant, my first time here and will be my last time here, restaurant need to work with sever.

I've been there about 5 times now. Initially I was very impressed with the good but my view has changed with repeat mediocre even cold food. I'd recommend walking out if they're busy as they won't seat you unless your Asian. If you are then you'll get to sit at one of the big tables. Service has been very poor the last few times

Went there with our big family last night. Food was great and big portions, with authentic Chinese spices. Customer service was exceptional. Really enjoyed those lovely ladies. They we're so kind and sweet. But most of all, really loved how happy the workers looked. The happiest Asian workers I've seen in Tulsa. As an Asian woman, I am really glad to see that.

We loved our experience at Chengdu - huge menu - authentic - fresh - served family style - dumplings and spring rolls were excellent - we had sesame chicken and moo goo gai pan - both served with fried rice or steamed rice.

When it comes to authentic Asian cuisine. Chengdu has it. We had an assortment of items but two of my favorites were the dumplings in chili oil and the house special Chengdu hot chili chicken. I was in a spicy mood that evening so I went with some hotter items. I definitely recommend their duck. It is a phenomenal dish and beautiful presentation.

Too pricey and overwhelming food. We were rushed out so another family could be seated and forced to tip when we were gonna tip anyways

The was our first time visiting here, I got General Tsaos, which is a favorite of mine, the taste was great. The portion size is just right .The server was very attentive. They do offer gluten-free options for those who need it. As for the price , the cost is very reasonably priced. We will be return customers, if you haven't tried them, give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Great service. I have dietary restrictions, and our waitress was very kind in helping me find something on the menu that both my taste buds and my tummy would love! My boyfriend got the Mongolian beef, he said it was very tender and full of flavor. We were both very pleased! We will be back. We recommend trying the egg rolls as an appetizer.

Vegetarian options: The staff is great at helping find solutions.

Dietary restrictions: Great staff, they helped me find something my tummy and taste buds enjoyed.
