When I first tried Cherry & Bark, I had 2 flavors. The majority were from a rotating menu: Boozy Blueberry and Thyme Graham Crack & Mexican Hot Chocolate. Both of those really stuck with me (especially the blueberry one) knowing these flavors aren't always around. Anything with graham crackers, I'm going to get (ESPECIALLY if it's ice cream) and I'm going through a strong blueberry phase right now. The thyme was what really caught my attention (never had it with ice cream). All over good, couldn't get enough of it. Great amount of graham crackers in every bite along with the blueberry. This my favorite off of the menu, even thought it's a limited flavor. I really really really enjoy Mexican Hot Chocolate. Chocolate & spice go well together. Having it in ice cream form reminded me the last time I had that drink. Cayenne is in the mix, nice touch. The owner, Kristi, is a great person. Met her on different occasions, was always informative & letting me know what the place had in store. Again, flavors rotate A LOT. They even hold tournaments where people can pick the next flavor.

This is a great ice cream stand with unique and delicious flavors located next to the Buck Atom statue. I believe the general store at Mother Road market also carries their ice cream and they participate in local farmer's markets as well. Shoutout to Gary M. for telling us about it and sharing his 7up cake flavor with us! (It's delicious, highly recommend!) I stopped by on a super hot day, which is the perfect excuse to get a cold treat. They specialize on making small batch ice cream using fresh ingredients and supporting local farms. They have flavors I've never heard of before like rosemaried grapefruit with pecans. The owner, Kristi, was very nice and cheery. She had a table with a big pair of dice and said I could roll them to determine how much to pay for the ice cream since it was national ice cream day. I only paid $4 for three flavors! Yay for getting lucky. They were all delicious. The mint chocolate is a bit too minty for me but some people like it that way. They have non-dairy flavors available as well. The stand is super cute with some seating options next to it. There are also picnic tables available in the lot. I enjoyed my time there and I'm glad they also sell drinks. Gotta stay hydrated in this heat!

Loved the Rosemaried Grapefruit & Pecans so much I ordered a second flavor Mint Chocolate Chip. They were sold out of their namesake so looks like I’ll have to come back tomorrow. This place is about to see a lot of me!

Hidden in plain sight nest to Buck Atoms this is a shed full of flavor to be had. My son and I enjoyed a Blueberry mix, it was awesome.

Delicious ice cream, got the dairy free chocolate but plenty of options on the menu. Very friendly. Would definitely go back for a second helping!
