DISCLAIMER: I'm honored to be a Top 10 Reviewer in Oklahoma for Google. I do my best to be fair and honest but realize your experience may differ from mine. So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: Chick-fil-A was really off their game today. First, they were training outside (not sure about inside) when we went through the drive-thru. They were very haphazzard in how they were directing traffic through the lines, which is not common; it usually runs smoothly. When we got our order it was wrong. We paid for two large drinks and they gave us smaller ones and when we brought it to the attention of the girl working the window, she acted perturbed that we did so. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (without lettuce and tomato) and they gave him the delux (which comes with lettuce and tomato). Plus, the chicken on his sandwich was cold. Wow! Not a good experience at this location.
Parking: This location sits in the parking lot of a shopping mall. There is parking close to the restaurant; however, it's not easily accessible to get in and out of a spot because of the drive-thru lines. So, if you don't mind, or can, walk from further away there's usually plenty of parking available in the mall's parking lot.

Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes after putting in a mobile order and the food was cold when I got it.

I placed the pick up order for breakfast. Five minutes before breakfast ended. I arrived there five minute afterwards they was very rude. They told me there was nothing they could do and I didn’t get my order or anything else. One star for Customer service.

The food IS NOT good anymore. It has no flavor and it hasn't been their pleasure to serve me in like a year.

Dishonest. It's been a couple months since I visited Chick-fil-A, the deluxe chicken sandwich got smaller.

There was one person outside taking orders, which was fine, it was really cold. But then they disappeared and started only taking orders in one lane over the speaker! Three cars went ahead of me from that lane before I ever got my order taken, and it was from somebody new who came outside! So disorganized. I really don't mind speaker only service when it's this cold out but can we at least get both speakers being used?

Their service has been slipping. For a long time, they were number 1 for a reason. But labor cut backs are obvious, and drive through time is way high. Doesn't help that the shrinkflation has really hit hard! Salad is so much smaller....sad day. Still ok though.

As a dedicated DoorDash driver, I am deeply frustrated with the requirement to confirm pick-up before I can actually pick up the order. This policy feels accusatory and undermines the trust that should exist between drivers and businesses.
Forcing Dashers to confirm something that hasn’t occurred yet is essentially asking us to lie. Dashers wouldn’t be employed for long if they were stealing orders, and this policy only adds unnecessary stress to our jobs. I hope this policy is reconsidered to foster a more trusting and efficient working relationship.

Very clean restaurant! I went on a Friday afternoon for lunch and it was extremely busy, but there was a couple staff members cleaning tables as people left and went around asking if they could you anything. I will definitely be going back.

There is always plenty of team members and management on every occasion i go there so I am perplexed of why they have moved away from being a premium professional customer service experienced where the Christian values were on full display in the characteristics and actions of every employee. I've been to this particular location dozens of times in the last 12 months and don't even gey the respect and acknowledgment with a simple greeting upon entering. I hope this is something that this is an issue with this particular location and not company wide.
