This company is very overrated 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich fries and drink which when you want a refill you have to go to the counter every time for what there charging they can afford to let you get refills in the dining area was not impressed

Worst location time and time again.Just waited 14 minutes with three other card in a “waiting space” no apology or gift certificate. This store needs better supervision and always apologize to your customers. It’s good will to compensate customers for their time if you want to maintain integrity.

Stop trying to fulfill people’s orders when they are stopped several cars back from the service window. Every time you do this to me I end up waiting with someone stopped in front of me and my food getting cold. Today, you did this too me and when I got home I discovered you gave me chicken strips instead of nuggets. Focus on getting people’s orders right at the window. Thank you for screwing up my order and making it cold.

Very chaotic. Had to have two people to place our order because the first didn’t speak English! Second person had to correct everything on BOTH orders. They didn’t know the menu so I had to load menu on my phone while simultaneously driving forward. I’ll get Cane’s from now on. Much less stressful. Why don’t you have people at the window that can speak English take the orders? Also, why don’t you have some kind of menu to look at instead of expecting people to spout off what they want?!

I did not like that I just got out of school today and I go there to get some lunch and I’m waiting in the drive-through and I get asked is everything OK like I’m just waiting in a drive-through just to be waiting there for no reason I felt stupid because they asked me That question when I ordered and paid for my food and I said, light ice on my lemonade, and it was watered down very terrible service
