I ordered Chick-fil-A 2 tile from here, since I work in the mall. Each time order my waffle fries they end up giving me just 4 waffle fries into for small then next time I order large fries they did same the my large fries. Now I have worked at Chick-fil-A outside the mall and got a proper training, so I know the amount of fries they are supposed to put in it. But I guess the manager or supervisor at this Chick-fil-A doesn’t give the right amount and are scamming!!!!! They charge you for large fries but just give you just 4 waffle fries in it!!!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich large combo meal which had a large waffle fry & large drink, I also ordered 2 more waffle fries & an additional chicken sandwich. A few minutes later the app said my order was ready. I stood there nearly 10 minutes at the counter waiting for my order but the employees just ignored me & kept talking to each other & other people who walked up after me not placing orders. I finally get my order & walk away only to find they only gave me 1 chicken sandwich, a large drink & 2 waffle fries when I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 3 large fries & a large drink. So I had to walk back over there & get the rest of my order. I had to wait another 5 minutes for my food so it was barely warm. They didn't even give me a single napkins. I may not be back to this location for a while!

Found a really long hair in my sandwich. :(. And my fries were overcooked. This is actually the first negative Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had, and, let the record show, Liz is an AMAZING employee. Actually, the whole staff was very friendly. But, a 5 inch hair is significant enough to comment. Sorry. :(

The manager in grey didn’t gave me a fork while I waited for my drink to come out and said I have to go to the place where I got my food at since she thought I didn’t bought any food from chic fil a even though I bought a drink I was still refused service from her specifically and gave me a mean attitude. Monday 4:40pm horrible experience with this lady

One of the cashiers gave a little cow to a child in front of us and also saw my 4 year old son with me and offered him one too and he was so happy. I didn’t get her name but she was the best chick fil a employee ever. She had braids and was super pretty. Thank you chick fil a worker for making my sons day!

Tried Chick-fil-a in the food court at Woodland Hills mall. Got the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with waffle fries. The chicken was crispy and made fresh and was so good. The waffle fries were great as well. Will definitely be back, and the service was quick and friendly.
