please stop reading mobile orders back to people. Especially if I ask you not to. The only reason to read an order back is if you personally took it, I put the mobile order in. I know what’s on it. it is absurdly irritating, especially after I ask them to not read my order and then they get all huffy and offended and forced me to sit there and listen to them anyway.

I was trying to order the teenage girl just ignored me 2 times just to gossip with another person . She didn’t even apologize just huffed and puffed looking at me like hurry up . Well sweetie if you weren’t talking to other people I could’ve be gone a long time ago. She didn’t even hand me my drinks I had to come reach iver the counter and get them . Dave didn’t even put a lid on them and didnt hand me a straw . When it was time to pay she complained that there’s no change ughh . Man the chicken it’s already expensive and to receive that kind of service pppassss

they’re food is amazing but the workers are horrible HORRIBLE they gave us our order but inside the food was incorrect on the bag it said our recipet name and inside there was burger saying Natalie and a 5 pc grilled chicken even though i ordered 8 pc grilled nuggets these people are lowkey slow and stupid i’ve seen better and we got kids grilled nuggets not normal and they gave us normal yall workers needs get fired or trained more cs this ain’t it
The worse salad I ever had…. I order the COB SALAD Half of boil egg, I order grill I got fried super salty,2 cherry tomatoes, the salad was freezing burn…. I would never set foot there again….

The most inefficient drive through out of all the chick Fil A’s I’ve been to and this is not an isolated incident.
I got my order to go. I opened it up after I got on the highway. Not what I ordered. What a disappointment,I will not go back to Chick-fil-A.
