I've been meaning to come leave this review, but keep forgetting. I love Chick-fil-A, but I was in the drive thru a few weeks ago and there was a guy and girl kissing right there for all the car line to see and I thought it was highly inappropriate. Since when did Chick-fil-A allow their employees to make out while working the car line? Save it for after work!

They have such a good system set up for outside drive thru that sometimes I get my food too fast! Then I’m stuck waiting in line for someone in front that ordered more than I did. However, they will typically have said car pull forward to allow others out of line

I didn't think it was possible to get a bad chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A but it is. My spicy chicken tasted like rubber. I have eaten at many of these around the country and this was the first time I ever experienced this.

Busy or not, Chick-fil-A gives great, friendly service.I have yet to be in a less than clean store and have had quick service even when cars are wrapped around the building and the parking lot is full.If you are in the mood for Chicken, salads, or tasty treats give them a visit!
Foods great. I visit often. This particular experience was far less than enjoyable. I went in instead of through drive thru(to save a little time). An EMPLOYEE was ordering their food ahead of me, taking an extremely long time, asking how much each thing would cost, once the order was (finally) totaled out and paid for, I started telling the register person my order, they did not listen, cut me off and said would you hold on one moment, register person proceeded to follow employee over to help make part of her order(a coffee drink) he never came back to register and I waited and waited for the other two gentlemen to finish ordering from the only other person taking orders. Very displeased and surprised with this experience. Like I said I frequently order chick fil a for me and my daughter 3-5× a week. This was extremely bothersome. I could have gotten my order faster waiting behind the 12 cars in drive thru line

Did not get what I ordered- 2 deluxe spicy chicken sandwiches one a meal one not. Neither are deluxe and idk if I paid for deluxe because I didn’t get a receipt!! Also drive through chick pretended to scan my app for points. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Never thought chick fa la would do me like that!??
