When you order the gluten free bun they don't make the sandwich on the bun you ordered but make it on the bun with gluten then you have to switch it over yourself after your food has been in contact with the gluten bun. Won't be back.

Their IPad crashed in the drive through and the staff/management forced us to pay twice (nearly $60), although we showed our bank transaction clearly displaying the double charge. We were forced to wait 45 minutes for our food, which was cold by this point. Then we were told it’s our banks problem, and not theirs. We called Navy Federal and confirmed the double transaction was indeed charged twice. Not even a single apology for their delay, or technical mishap. Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. They acted as if I was lying and trying to steal. We frequented this location nearly weekly….We will not be back.

Terrible at packing the orders they always always miss something and never ever make it up to the customer. Wait in their long long line and then get home and no sandwich??? Do better take your time and pack the order correctly it’s not hard! Will be going to the other location now because they know how to pack a bag with food. RIDICULOUS!

Friendly courteous service, fast and efficient. Good prices and great food. We dined in for lunch and everything was fantastic. We ordered and paid at the counter, and were given a colored table topper so the runner would know where to bring our order to when it was ready. It only took a couple of minutes before our food was delivered to our table. I had the Market Fresh salad with grilled chicken, berries, apples, almonds, granola, and blue cheese, on a bed of mixed greens with Apple Cider Vinagrette dressing. My husband had the deluxe chicken sandwich dressed with the lettuce, cheese, and tomato. He enjoyed his meal and had no complaints. It was what he expected as this is not our first visit to a Chick Fil A. This was our first visit to this store. My salad came in a large plastic clamshell bowl and was filled generously. The mix of lettuces were fresh and crisp, while the strawberries and blueberries were ripe, sweet, juicy, and also fresh. The apples were also as just as good. This did come with blue cheese on it, and while it's strong in flavor, it was fine here, as the bits were tiny and they were light handed with it, so it had a little bite, but it was not overpowering and complimented the chicken, the sweet berries, and the cider vinegar dressing perfectly. The chicken was very good. I really enjoyed the flavor on it. It was tender, and that marinade flavor was very tasty. Everything went well together. As I was eating the salad, I wondered why I always ordered the sandwich and fries ( which are great too) but this salad was hitting just right and I think it's my new favorite from Chick Fil A. The sandwich is boring in comparison and this one woke up my taste buds with all the different textures and tastes. I've never had a poor meal at any Chick Fil A, but this one was outstanding. The food was really good. The service was good. The flavor was great. This is one of our favorite fast food places, and from the look of the drive through lines, and the number of inside diners, I'd say we're not alone in that opinion.

Always consistently good flavors but the nuggets I received yesterday were dismal.The chicken pieces were so small 3 of them would equal a MCD nugget. The 12 piece was not filling. Disappointing compared to our usual experience here.
