I came to get 4 tenders and a coleslaw. When I got my food and asked for an extra sauce they said it cost an extra 0.75-$1! And all they gave me was a little sample sauce for 4 tenders! How am I supposed to eat 4 big tenders with just one little micro container of sauce. This is unacceptable. The cost in making that sauce is so negligible I wish businesses would just use half their brains and let customers have some sauce! The meal was already $16 and you can’t give me one extra sauce! Ridiculous
The food is great but the workers at this location have everything broke down and cleaned by 8:30 sharp and doesn't take orders up until close just put 8:30 as your closing time if that's ok for whoever manages this location to allow them to do that

I got the hottest flavor and it unnecessarily destroyed me. My fault. I got one level down next and it was hotter than the hottest. There’s no scale. They’re teaching lessons in gullibility by throwing capsaicin at innocent people.

My family has been coming here for the vegan options, but our recent visit about two weeks ago was disappointing. The food didn’t seem fresh, and the hot vegan chicken sandwich I ordered appeared to be made with a mild patty sprinkled with spices, rather than the usual spicy batter. The fries used to be of better quality, but they seem to have declined as well. Very disappointing. :(

Little disappointed when I compare my experience to the TU location. My bun was cold and the chicken breast cut was tall and narrow, which made it pretty awkward to eat sandwich style. Flavor and texture still amazing. I think I will stick to the main location, though.

The chicken here is outstanding. The fries are even better. This chicken is actually hotter than advertised. I got a level 1 chicken and probably should have gotten a level 0. If you like super spicy food, come here and you'll be incredibly pleased.

First time trying out this location, typically a mother road market customers. I went to this location to avoid the hassle and traffic of mother road market (which is less than sixty seconds away from this location). However, this was far from better. The parking lot has a specific ‘entrance’ and ‘exit’, which is great. Yet, it has no signage to indicate this. It caused a dangerous situation which included another customer and oncoming traffic. This could easily be avoided with clear indications of “in” and “out” not just assuming every customer knows this is the parking lot situation. With mother road market being so close and having a chicken and the wolf, you might as well just deal with the traffic there.
