I wish I could give them negative stars. I went here last week and ordered a medium tender and fries. It was the perfect spice fries were too salty though. So this week I decided to get the same thing with no salt on the fries. I walk all the way back to my job at City Hall to find out they gave me a hot instead of medium. I bit into it and my lips were burning. So I walk all the way back and tell them they gave me the wrong spice. The cashier, with an attitude, goes in the back and comes out and says, they said that's medium and if you want a mild, you have to pay for it, with the nastiest attitude. I said, I wanted a medium and this not the medium I got last week. This is extremely hot. So they made me another hot one (I'm sure on purpose). Their food isn't even good. The spice is just a no flavor burning spice. Customer service is non existent. Now I'm stuck eating $8 fries. Gonna put out a memo at work to tell everybody to eat somewhere else. DO NOT EAT HERE PERIOD. (Look at the box) they just don't care??‍♀️

Service was great and helped a newbie decide what heat level was best. Spicy fries were amazing and highly recommend them! Chicken was very flavorful with a good crunch. Hot is not for the weak. Mild was a perfect heat in my opinion.

This is a nice place - I think I tried the wrong options....Restaurant - nice, trendy (enjoyed the fireplace)Parking - not a ton and not as efficientMenu - several options (including vegan)Staff - friendly, knowledgable, helpfulAmbiance - overall good experience (timeliness, cleanliness, and quality food)Restaurant is clean and trendy with outside covered patio seating and indoor seating options.Although I should be reviewing the vegan options - the restaurant uses a soy patty so the vegan options will not be included in the review. The chicken sandwich was ordered with no sauce and slaw on the side (only the pickle was on the sandwich). The chicken was bland but that may be due to the options ordered. Standard chicken sandwich - nothing special or unique. The pickle was dill with seasoning - maybe soaked in it (didn't particularly enjoy it so removed it). The slaw added some umph but not enough to make a huge difference. Just not very juicy or moist or flavorful. Not bad at all...

Chicken has always been a 10/10 but always felt like the fries were just ok. Just went there today and they've changed their fries. Still crinkle cut fries but WAY tastier and crispier. Will definitely be coming here even more frequently. Added a pic but I had already eaten most of them

Like a 5 min wait at 5pm at Mother Road Market on a Friday. Wasn't too noisy inside, and conversation wI got the vegan fries with a medium spicy level, should've gotten hot. The cashier scared me into getting medium, which wasn't super spicy (Asian taste buds here hehe). If you can tolerate spicy well, get hot. Anyway, the food was tasty. The vegan chicken tasted like very firm tofu seasoned like chicken and spicy powder on the breading. It was interesting and good. The fries were good, and thankfully I asked for my spicy sauce on the side (forgot what it's called, but it's kind of a combo of cane's sauce and spicy mayo imo).Overall would eat here again with friends.

We came here after a hike and the food was great. the person who took our order recommended what we should get since it was our first time. They have a small eating section inside and small eating section outside. Nice service and the food was great.

I paid $19 for 3 chicken strips and a handful of fries. The only flavor on the chicken was heat, and anyone who tells you the strips are large are lying to you or have never seen a chicken strip. You can get better chicken for cheaper at a franchise. Not worth the money.

I've never had a bad experience here. I've only been to the location in the BOK tower. I would warn you that when they say SPICY they mean it.

This was my 2nd time ever eating here and my 1st at this location. I ordered iced tea and walked around the corner to make my drink and the ice was out of order. The worker said to walk down by another restaurant and get ice there. Came back with my ice and there was no tea! Asked her again and she says oh they didn't have tea at the Dippin dots? So I walked all the way back to get my tea. Came back to pick up my to go orders and they were on trays. I told her they were actually for to go and she rolled her eyes before dumping them in to go boxes. I knew not to eat the food and told my husband not to eat it. He said it's probably fine and ate it only to get admitted to the ER for Salmonella poisoning. Worst experience ever. AND it was $30!!

I was excited to try this place. There was zero parking, the streets were very crowded and everyone was trying to get in and out of the restaurants next door. I drove away and grabbed some Jack in the box instead. I'm hoping they have a different location I can try next time I'm down in Tulsa.

I’m also not one that typically reviews but I just have to share my experience so you don’t waste your money like I did. The other reviews in this list appear to be from MRM which might be better, but at Williams food court I paid $18.34 for a sandwich, cheese fries and a drink. The bun was so hard that it was in edible, like a hard cracker shell, top and bottom. The fries were room temp to cold. The chicken was room temp and a bit dry. Taste I guess was okay, but all of the other factors made it a complete waste of money. The cheese was actually excellent only to dip the room temp fries in. I believe they would’ve been quite good if they weren’t cooked an hour earlier. The chicken was cooked awhile back as well obviously. The food court is beautiful! There are other great places to eat there. Everyone else I was with had very good meals for much less money. My meal was an expensive, disappointing disaster. I took half of the bun back up to the manager who wasn’t a j**** but I simply said this whole meal was terrible and he should know. I’ll not be back and will let others know not to waste their money. I should have know better since there were one or two unsuspecting people in their line and dozens in line for the other places. Seems most already know the secret. Now I do as well.

This was my first time at MRM. I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I’m also honest. I personally just wish I would of read the reviews while walking around MRM and before I chose this place to eat out of all the other choices I could of gone with. The chicken is served on a dry, nothing on it… piece of bread and I think it was just for seeping up the oil. Let’s talk about the oil, SO MUCH of it. The honey mustard wasn’t that good. After the first sauce, each sauce is .85 cents. I went back up and paid for the bbq sauce, because the honey mustard just wasn’t doing it for me. The fries were honestly the only good thing. As far as the venue:Where we sat (right on the side of Chicken and the Wolf) it was VERY loud. Doors constantly slamming, dishes being dropped off at the trash can. My friend and I could barely hear. I won’t be returning.

Some of the best chicken tenders I've had so far. The service is super fast and hospitality is amazing. I prefer the Hot 2 piece Tendy's. The pickles on top are amazing and some of the best ever seasoned. Will probably make a trip to Tulsa just to come get some more!!!!

Best chicken sandwiches. Recommend the Nashville medium chicken sandwich. This place has spoiled me as I can not order a chicken sandwich anywhere else as they do not compare.

Best fried chicken sandwich. Sauces & fries are great too. I think it's better than chic fil a & Popeyes sandwich.
